Not sure about the incident itself, but the upload date is August 29, 2011, so I'm putting it here instead of Current Events. Anyway, this video was just sad from beginning to end. A twin brother was punished by being deprived of water. Other punishments were also induced, which are explained in the video. Personally. I'm too afraid to watch the video, but if that is what it is about, then that is really disgusting and cruel. How can parents deny their child a basic necessity of life and be ok with that? My mother just offered me water a few minutes ago.......I couldn't imagine what that little boy must be thinking.
