    Here's your review I suppose:

The movie was great. All the scenes were visually pleasing to the eye, giving the graphic novel a new dimension with movement and sound, which was pulled off perfectly. The story, although condensed quite a bit from the graphic novel, is still very immersive. All the casting choices were spot on, especially Jackie Earle Haley as Rorschach, who, for me, made the best scenes in the movie, especially his death scene. I wanted to cry mantears ._.. The music was chosen well, fitting each scene appropriately (except Vietnam with "Flight of the Valkyries". That was cheesy).

This is not your average superhero movie. It goes far beyond the typical "good guy vs bad guy" plot, by actually making you ponder each character's morals, to the point of looking at them as more than just superheros.

Thus, I highly recommend it to anyone (over 12, for the sex scenes...) and I'd like to see it again...the movie, not just the sex >.>

Under the Hood, the books written by Hollis Mason, the original Night Owl, along with Tales of the Black Freighter, the comic that a kid was reading in the novel.

Not really, but the two scenes with sex are quite...wow.

Do you honestly think its possible to make it any more accurate to the comic? At all? Its already 3 hours long and the entire point of the story is presented nearly perfectly, if not perfectly. Hell, the movie being as long as it is is pushing things, but I doubt its possible to make such a well done and accurate adaptation any shorter.

The second sex scene was almost completely unnecessary. It at least could have and probably should have been shorter.

Well sometimes a movie has to be long so that it has a story going. Often times other directors don't intend to think of that without adding in special effects to entice the audience. A story makes a movie whole and well thought out not just be abused with cgi all the time. This was a really good movie as I saw it yesterday even though I have never seen the comics for it and I understand the R rating now...

The movie was interesting, but some of it was hard to follow. It was also long it seemed like. I didn't like all the blood and gore, but other then that it had an interesting plot.

I've just seen it and i see why it's one of the most contraversial comics ever.
It was hard to follow as was said above me and i couldn't anlyise the the philosophies and ideologies as i always do.The only one i got was the comedians.I hated him towards the start and i see how he is seen as sadistic. My favourite character, still without a doubt is rorshach.

Yes it was very hard to follow as I didn't get all the super hero gimmicks among other things....Rorshach was brutal and very disturbed, but showed no fear in the eye. I do feel sorry for him. The Comedian was worst than him. Talk about someone who has ego problem and disrepectful and completley out of his mind.

The one thing that was really hard to follow was the only ones who is suppose to have powers is Doctor Mahatatan yet, Rorshach's mask seem to move the swirls on its own.

Just saw it yesterday. :D I love Rorschach. SO very much. And I feel so sorry that he didn't have a loving parent. *sigh*....-_-....well. Since I didn't really think I would actually go SEE the movie, I researched Watchmen a long time ago on Wikipedia. Whether I ahd been fed lies or not, the comic sounded like a very deep and.....dark story. And yes....the second sex scene was abnormally long. -_-......I didn't get the Comedian either, but...I don't know....it seemed like....he wasn't completely a bad person. He admitted to....uh...that guy with ears(Maloch?) that he ahd done bad things in the past and he felt bad about them. Ah well....still depressed over Rorschach's death(even though I knew that he was going to die) and still mentally scarred from the.....child kidnapping case. Never going to eat pork chops again.
