Watching all three LotR extended editions today.

I started at 2:30 with the Fellowship, and now I'm almost halfway through Two Towers, I think. If we had started earlier, we would have watched the first Hobbit as well, but... we didn't.
A day shall come, when we will own all of the Hobbit as well. And we've already made sort-of-plans to have a LotR day once we do, with snacks, and we're going to invite all of our LotR geek friends to come watch with us.
A day shall come when, for an entire day, we shall watch all of the Tolkien series in one setting.

But it is not this day.

 

I actually did that once by myself. That was the best hermit day of my life. ;D

 

lol, yeah, we did this once a few years back. And I remember many birthdays where I or one of my sisters did that with the Star Wars Original Trilogy. My sis still does that from time to time.

 

Pro-Tip: Do it on the toilet.
