im giving up carrot's which i don't like but whatever.......

I never give up anything for lent, partly because I'm too lazy to and partly because I think it's a ridiculous concept. (not to flame any fullblown Christians out there)

I haven't given up anything for the last three years, instead I make an effort to do something that whole time, like more gym hours or community service-like stuff, that sort of thing. I don't think I'd be able to give up anything anymore.

Same here, but mostly because I know I would cave in at least twenty-four hours.
