Kingdom Hearts Was Kingdom Hearts a challenge for you?

When I played the first Kingdom Hearts I wasn't as good at video games as I am now. I had really never played a Playstation 2 before until I played at my godmothers house. So I have to admit that I struggled with it bitterly but I didn't want to give up. I played Ratchet and Clank that same summer. I almost beat Ratchet and Clank that summer and I only got to Deep Jungle in Kingdom Hearts I. From what I've been told Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories was hard for some because of the card system. I was able to master the card system after about six months of playing it on and off. I can honestly say that now I love the game. Kingdom Hearts II was easy from what I've been hearing. It wasn't all that hard for me when I played. But most of my friends as well as the members on this site say it wasn't hard. I'm aware that everyone has a different skill level than others. So I want to know was any of the Kingdom Hearts games hard for you? And what was the most challenging part of the game for you? How did you overcome it?:)

 

Well, my friend made me do something really stupid and had me fight sephiroth on hard mode before I even new how to attack. I managed to survive about 2 minutes primarily by running away, but I couldn't do anything. T_T

But I'll admit it was a bit challenging at first. I think the reason was because I played on Hard Mode on my first run...

I'm replaying Kingdom Hearts again now - on hard.

My god... I honestly don't see HOW the heck I'm supposed to make it through the game! DX

KH II was SO much easier. Even on Proud Mode. DX

So for KH 1 on hard, I'm gonna say...

HARD! XD;

 

Eh, I'm not that great of a gamer, so I say medium. The first KH was a bit of a challenge on normal mode, and I still haven't played it on hard. CoM was easier than I expected, but I think it's the hardest one. KHII is sooooo easy, I skipped easy and went straight to normal mode. But now I'm stuck on the Demyx battle... He was the first dude to kill me so far in my game, and the first battle I have had to fight more than once! Other than that, it's way easy, a bit too easy. OK, I is done! ^.^

 

I stunk aT kh1!!!!

 

first time through: got stuck at places
Deep Jungle
Hollow Bastion

now: Can beat it in 2 days

 

The only world that was challenging for me was Never Land (Curse you Anti-Sora!)

That Anti was hard! He was allways hiding and re-appearing in other places and attacked you! I hated him.

 

Chain of Memories took a long time for me to master. Once I finally got it though it was awesome. I love the game now but it took time. In Kingdom Hearts I it felt like it took forever for me to get off of Destiny Islands. I wasn't as good at video games back then though. :)

 

I thought the game on the most difficult setting was not that big of a challenge but then again I also took a lot of time leveling up way past what was probably needed to go on to other sections. It was a lot of fun though and there were some points where I did seem to get stuck for a while like the Tarzan swinging vine deal. I kept falling and was getting darn miffed at that!! However, beyond a few trial and error things, I didn't find it that difficult to master and none of the regular bosses were difficult to me. The hardest things seemed to be fighting the secret bosses, which is how it's meant to be any way.

I do agree with people that say KH2 was somewhat easier than KH though Xemnas seemed somewhat more difficult than Ansem was to beat. The reaction commands in KH2 were fun but did make the game easier.

 

I thought it was challenging.
I got stuck a lot, but everytime I beat where I was stuck... I breezed through the next couple parts.
So, I'll go with medium..

 

if you mean Kingdom Hearts 2 final mix then on CM then yes i have trouble because i didn't speak jap but it was a fun

 

I have to say KH I was fairly easy, except one part. The thing in the collosseum when you had to break all the barrels within a limited time. God, I HATED IT! D:<
KH II was very easy, except Demyx, and maybe Xemnas.
Although I've only played normal mode on both games. The collosseum part stops me from re-playing the game on hard mode DX

 

Kingdom Hearts was pretty easy for me

Kingdom hearts 2 Is another story....Only because I accidentally pressed 'Proud Mode' at the start and Didn't realize, but I finished It xD

 

That must of sucked. How long did it take you to finish it on Proud Mode. I would be crying if I did that. I don't get a lot of time to play video games so I would be pretty frustrated with it. :guns:

 

The first Kingdom Hearts was definitely a challenge for me on my first playthrough. But the second time, even on expert mode, I did much better: It took me 10 less hours to get to the same level and complete everything required for the secret ending (I don't know if you needed these done on Expert or not, but I did them anyway).

 

Huh, to be honest when I played the game it didn't seem all that hard before because I loved playing those types of RPGs sure I took my time only because I didn't want to leave out anything, plus I wanted the secret ending pretty bad.

Was it hard?
To me, the game in general wasn't hard, but if you talk about Sephiroth than yes that part was hard, and I leveled up to about 90 before I fought him using Ultima Weapon. That was the only thing that I had trouble on, and KH2 seemed WAY easier, but Xemnas was hard... lol

 

it was really easy except for sephiroth and Ansem a.k.a xehnort

 

Medium for me... a decent challenge, but not that hard...
