Was it really "7 days"?

    I agree with the two of you. I believe that He did in fact create the universe in six days and rested on the seventh.

    Wow. I've never exactly put that much thought into this. Good question, Ghetto.

    If God really does exist, then you might be right. It is a very valid theory that an all-powerful creator might have a different measure of time then us. It would certainly explain why he has not come. But who really knows what "by the end of the generation" means? It could mean 8000 years from now, or something like that.

    Or maybe God doesn't exist. But that question doesn't belong in this thread. It's simply an alternate possibility.​

    No one said the days were right after each other, right?
    I think there was a lot of time between each days for things to work out themselves.
    On a certain day He created plants, did He create every single species of a plant? no, some species cross bred, seeds blew into a new territory and adapts as it grows into a new subspecie of that same plant. That takes years. then the Next day happens where He did something else.
    If that made sense to any of you
