Wartime Reverie

Nny looked at the figure "Seriously man, you picked the wrong guy to f*** with... I mean, I don't know about this guy..." Nny pointed at Robert "... but I'm like the top student here. You have trapped yourself, buddy, cause I'm about to mess you up." Nny cracked his neck, along with his hands and knuckles.

 

"Still you don't think it's a little suspicious that-" Allen stopped short as the lights went out. "Weird," he remarked under his breath, then louder so that the girls could hear, "you ladies are lucky to have me along. Check this out." He closed his eyes and placed both hands over his heart, as he did he started to glow. Then he opened his eyes and extended his arms outward, the glow around his body concentrating into an orb of light in his hands that illuminated the area around them like a lantern. He lifted the light above his head where it hovered, it would now follow him wherever he went. "Ta-da." He gave a cheesy smile. "Now as I was saying don't you think it's a little suspicious that Eclipscion gave Mixt diplomatic immunity right after he killed someone?"

 

" You two think me turning off the lights was a magic trick simply for your pleasure? I simply drained the light energy from this room for my own consumption .... now stand down and put away those cocky attitudes of yours you clowns, after all the circus isn't even in town yet..." Noire said with a soft sigh as he stepped past them without out much effort and bent down near the body. " This man's soul isn't human so I cannot take it... but there is something else here... the soul of a girl slain by him long ago... " Noire said with a smirk as he swiped his hand through the air slowly and a purple aura appeared above the man's body , the soft sounds of a girls screams could be heard emanating from the object. The purple aura then floated into Noire's hand and then he held his hand up to his mouth and inhaled the purple aura. After that was done Noire stepped away from the lifeless corpse and looked at them with his eyes which were now glowing in the darkness.

At the sight of the orb appearing Shero clapped and stared in awe leaving Phisoxa looking not as impressed." I think it's strange.. but then again I don't understand how the dark empire works enough for me to offer a explanation.."

 

Nny continued to be unimpressed. "Look man, do you seriously think we are just going to stand here and believe all that mumbo jumbo? If you are going to attack us, just do it. Don't waste our time with talk. Seriously, I get so bored with talking. If this is a fight, then fight already! It isn't complicated!"

 

"And just like that you lost me as well, your not impressive, nor scary, your not strong or awesome, you are vain, weak and pathetic, if you think your scary I can show you real horror" Robert said with a yawn "At least that is what I would like to do, but I'm tired, I leave this to you Nny" Robert said walking away.

 

Nny was perfectly fine with what Robert was saying save for one thing. "Wait a sec, how did you know my name? I mean, I know I'm awesome, but seriously, where did you hear about me?" Nny asked.

 

"I guess you're right." Allen sighed, he had hoped maybe he'd found a way to save his home. "How much farther are your rooms?"

 

" Why would I bother fighting you? I came down here for another reason... now can you be a little less annoying and tell me if you've seen a girl with white hair lately? And don't say you can't remember... please white hair is a pretty rare trait that's hard to forget. . ." Noire said rolling his eyes .

" Just around the corner though we can walk the rest of the way thank you... see you tomorrow I guess..." Phisoxa said with a smile.

 

"Does it really matter how I know, I simply listen, maybe you shouldn't be so loud? You better win Nny, I'm putting money on you" Robert said as he turned the corner and left, heading back to his room to sleep, but as soon a she heard that the guy was looking for he popped back around the corner "You mean Phisoxa? I saw her before, I think she was going to her room"

 

"Dude..." Nny started "Screw you. I haven't seen any girl like that and even if I had, I wouldn't tell you because you are annoyingg as all hell." Nny made his point abundently clear that he was not budging an inch for this guy. Nny was also daring this guy to come at him.

 

Allen smiled slightly when she said she would see him tomorrow. "Okay, but before I go-" Allen extended a hand towards Shero and the werelight floated over and stopped above her head. "That way you don't have to walk back in the dark. It should go out in about ten minutes, that'll be enough time right?"

 

As the man left, Drei simply got up from the table and left the library. With nothing to due at the moment, he would just walk around the halls.

 

Noire yawned and turned to Robert when something he said tugged at his ear. " Yes the girl I'm speaking of goes by the name Phisoxa.... I need to find her because she has something on her person that I require..." Noire said totally ignoring Nny's threats.

" Ah thank you, see you tomorrow I guess..." Phisoxa said waving at him as Shero walked down the hall towards a staircase that lead upstairs.

 

"It doesn't involve ripping her still beating heart out of her chest does it?" Robert said leaning against the wall "Because I am totally against that type of stuff, now if you don't mind I am feel sleepy and I would like at least five seconds of sleep before this academy gets levelled, now I gave you what you wanted get lost" Robert said calmly "Or I could chop you up into one thousand and one pieces and let you reattach yourself, I could go either way at the moment"

 

Allen turned and began walking back towards his own dorm, he lived in the next building over and it would be about twenty minutes before he got back to his room, at least at the slow pace he walked.

 

"I don't know man, I think you should chop him into one thousand pieces just because of how ugly his face is..." said Nny joining in the band wagon of insults. Then suddenly Nny thought about what the man had just said "Wait, this academy is going to get levelled?!"

 

" Just knowing that she is in this building is all the information I need... thank you.." Noire said seeming to take their insults as nothing more then words, his calm demeanor seeming to be almost inhuman since he showed no emotion at all. " I will leave you two alone for some quality time..." Noire said with a smirk as he turned and disappeared into the shadows.

 

Allen summoned another, smaller, werelight as he walked through the dark halls and noticed he didn't need it once he got outside. It disturbed him that it was lighter outside than in the building, and being slightly worried about his new friends, he decided to go back inside and investigate. "I am definitely sleeping through my first few classes tomorrow." He thought as he rubbed his eyes.

 

"Yeap, soon" Robert said as he stopped leaning and stood up straight. Just as he did an armed guard came around the corner, before anyone could react Robert summoned his weapon in the form of a sword and decapitated the man without a second thought. The guard at first looked like a normal guard but as he died is armour changed and a massive rifle appeared in his hands as his dead body dropped to the floor "He's here for the new prince" Robert said examining the body "I thought so" he said as he inspected the Armour and Rifle.

 

Nny stood there and watched the man decapitate the soldier without flinching. "Was that really neccesary? I mean, we've got enough bodies as it is?" said Nny trying to stop the blood shed, but apparently this place was going to get levelled... Meh, Nny decided he didn't really care anymore.
