Cory smiled as Gemmini walked over to talk to one of the gaurds.

 

There was a long uncomfortable silence.

 

Nikki looked at Gloria. The two exchanged worried looks. "Think we should go just incase Kale does attack?" The two asked Gemmini, turning to him with worried looks.

 

"Mabye...Yea you should..." Gemmini said looking at Cory as he nodded.

 

" What?" she asked confused.

 

Nikki and Gloria, bowed and saluted to them before running off towards their elvin village."Hopefully we get there before Kale does!" Nikki said worridly as she ran past trees and through bushes. "Yeah!" Gloria agreed.

 

Cory shrugged.
"I was only agreeing with whatever he said..." He laughed pointing to Gemmini.

 

" Oh right" she said looking down and feeling stupid.

 

He walked closer to her.
"Hey be happy now....Theres nothing to be ohing about.." Cory smiled.

 

" Thanks" she said looking up.

 

He smiled.
"Hey Gemm where are we camping tonight?"

 

Elizabeth came out of the woods, burns on her arms and legs. Her eyes were wide and her pupils small. She was limping, and she looked frightend. She dropped to her knees infront of the two. "Flames.. everywhere... help.. relic.." Was all she said. She stayed in that position as if stunned.

 

Ayana ran over to her and bent down next to her. " Are you ok?" she asked

 

Elizabeth said nothing. She didn't even look at her. "....Kale... fie... rlic.." she mumbled, staring at the ground, tunned with fear of what she had seen at her village.

 

Cory and Gemmini quicky ran over.
"What happened?" Cory said quickly.

 

Elizabeth foinally came to her senses, but her face was still the same. She looked up at all of them. she finally spoke in sentances. "The village... Kale was there.. .he burned everything... he's planning to use the revival relic... Nikki... Gloria.. they're probobly dead by now..." She explained softley, tears coming to her eyes.

 

"Damn Gemmini go check it out.." Gemmini nodded flying off.
"Dont worry I bet thier all right and if he has the relic it will be ok as long as he doesnt obtain others.." Cory said trying to make her feel better.

 

" Cory you go, I'll stay here with Elizabeth and make sure she is ok, becides I wouldn't be any help in the fight anyway." she said looking at him.

 

"You don't understand. That relic is all he needs tror eveive even a whole army, or even Cerebus! That relic can revive almot anything!" She explained, her face turning back to normal, but till had a worrid look on it.

Meanwhile at the burning village, Nikki and Gloria were at the relic's temply, shooting arrows rapidly at Kale. But they did nothing ward him away from the relic's resting place inside the ancient temple.

 

Cory nodded.
"Alright but you becarful.."
He followed Gemminis same path as he saw the village he flew down.
"May i be of any help?"
