Yeah, so in celebration of the release of one of the best characters to be in Brawl, I made this sig, C&C please.

Wow! I like the effects that seem to come off of the Pokemon. ^^

It does seem like it's missing something though...

I like the effects going on right now, but you need something more in the background. Just something to make it stand out a little more.

I like it, and I think I am gonna like this character in Brawl too, I know alot of people wanted a Pokémon trainer, I would be happy if they added a girl too!

The effects seem decent, but could be more well done. Add a bit more toward the bottom, since there's no effects there. A gradient change would be pretty good here. The "Pokemon Trainer" seems pretty nice with the flowing out type of look. Overall, good job, your getting better ^_^

    It's decent.

Overall, the signature looks kinda empty with not much going on. The render/stock could be sharpened a bit. The "moodkip" text should be moved down just a tad. Add more effects on the bottom half of the sig, maybe some negative space on the bottom left and right corners. Clipping masks would work as well as some gradient maps.

Tags using multiple "points of intrest" are very hard to pull off.
I think that this is designed well, but doesn't work as a tag, really.
It would work on a... book that comes with a game, you know?
I would say to try and not to make everything tag size, or even a tag. Experiment ^_^
Okay, now, for somecrit on what you have. Erase all of the effects that are on the pokemon, and make the "light beams" come from behind them. It makes the whole thing a lot cleaner. Your background seems to be a little too solid for what you have going on here. maybe give it a softer look by blurring it. Now, if you want to add some cool effects to the stock, brush white on a new layer, and run the luqify/Iwarp filter on it. make it twist and turn, then place the baste of it in the white, so it looks like the white is more... how should I say... "alive"?
Also, it adds a really cool effects if you make some of them look like they wrap around some of the characters in the stock. This also works with the pentool.
But before that, make the white go slightly on the renders at the bottom.
Another thing you may want to do, is add a little more color in this, to match your main effects.
