Warner Bros obtains the right's to Death Note

D: please no...It will just ruin it, pick another actor that is not well known.

Robert Patterson has tooo much fame, even more then Zac now, if he would be added in this movie, the fans will go crazy D:

Zac would be good because Death Note is DARK, it involes killing people. And most Zac effron fans are....kids...parents would not let them see a disney star killing people off with a demented notebook.

I will agree that the first two were pretty good for me.
Still, Pattinson would be a good choice for consideration.

And Shia, No. He's a good actor too (loved transformers and disturbia) but-wait, maybe he could play Light. Or Mastuda.

Yeah, I kinda agree with you there. They should like announce audtions for this movie, mainly to get freash talent out there.

 

Actually, this is a good idea. If only they would do that.

Effron: More of a "singer" than an actor i would say, he is more for the younger person's status. If he did this movie, he's basically playing russian rollette with three four bullets in the cambers; it will either make or break him. Right now i don't think he's willing to take that risk.

Patterson: His image right now is "dark" movies (I do agree that twilight really isn't that dark) and he also has certain fans behind him. He has the hot topic fans; which kinda realtes to death note. Hopefully you guys understand what i'm saying with this one.

 

So you are saying that because he has been type cast (the worst possible fate to afflict an actor/actress) as a children's film actor he is never allowed to act in any other role ever again?

Zac is actually an incredible actor. Just no one takes him seriously since HSM. So **** off unless you have evidence that he would suck in dramatic acting.

I say Zac should be Light because he looks the ****ing same. Plus he wasn't that bad in 17 Again so it shows he's not a ****** actor who's only good talent is singing. I'll admit it, I'm so ****ing jealous of him because he can sing better than me, is way better looking, and looks like a ****ing beast with those sunglasses he wears. Oh yea and he's ****ing rich I hate him for that too.
