War of the Worlds

Leon nodded his head almost in uncertainly as he rolled his elbows up and began checking his security to see if he could breech anything and was surprised that the world didn't even show up or even the castle. "It isn't even in the data base. There is no trace of it. Either the place doesn't really exist or that someone masked it off so it wouldn't be detected," his eyes gazed back at the red head.

Reno narrowed his eyes slightly at the mention of this odd shock of news that had brushed around his brain. "Great now they think I made it up!" He could tell by the body langauge or features on Leon's face. He almost growled in frustration not wanting them to think it was a false memory. "I know what I saw! So don't you dare look at me like that. I doubt Rude or Elena wouldn't judge me," he muttered crossing his arms tightly against himself thinking of two people that he had known. Sure he was a jokester at times, but the floating castle was burned into his brain. It was not his imagination.


Axel shook his head as if he was almost in disbelief that he had seen the Graceful Assassin there. The pinked haired for a second seem surprised with what he had just heard from Demyx. Knowing it wasn't his imagination the fire wielder stood up as the warm water on his cloak began to evaporate. "What do you suppose it means Marluxia? It was a dream, but it seem almost real," He questioned.

 

"You have heard of that door to peace, right? All I'm guessing is that the time for a world to be chosen to step through it is coming closer." He paused and shrugged. "But it's only a mere guess. It might not actually be the truth."

 

Axel paused for a moment as he thought of Marluxia's words. In a way it made sense, but he thought it was only a rumor. Yes, I have heard of it. I doubt our world would ever have that kind of peace. We don't live in that kind of life, but in neither in light or darkness. Neither accepted. My body feeling frozen was in some kind of nightmare, but I guess that can't be explained," he sighed scratching his head over the scenerio.

 

Marluxia thought about it. "I believe you speak truly when you say that it can't be explained." He paused again. "But becoming frozen from a nightmare..." He looked toward the ground, thinking some more. Then looking back to Axel and Demyx, he said, "I think we have something else upon us as well."

Vladimir looked up at heart-shaped moon's lunar eclipse. "Wow," he said as he watched the shadow reveal the light of the moon again.

 

Demyx was glad that Axel was warming up, but it was odd hearing this new turn of events that Marluxia was speculating over. "Like what and how do you know? If anything I think the boss would be able to tell us more information."

 

Marluxia now had his eyes on Demyx. "I said before that I was merely guessing, and if you think the Superior will give you more information, then you can go ahead and try. I think we all don't know enough to answer the question of why a dream brought its terror upon one of our members." With that said, Marluxia began walking back to his room.

Roxas was laying in bed shivering refuseing to leave the confurt of his bed. he coughed, he was getting a cold. He sat up and looked out a near by window. He continued to cough until he layed back down and covered his head with his pillow, he fell asleep.

 

Demyx noticed Marluxia leave Axel and him alone. "I knew that. I was hoping he was going to offer some better advice, but I should have figured," he sat next to Axel. "Well the important thing is that you're better," he mentioned to his friend.

 

Axel nodded his head in approval though the whole nightmare thing didn't really add up to him now. "Yeah, but what if it happens again?" He shook his head trying to get the image of being frozen out of his brain. "Man, I don't want to have trouble going to sleep because of this," He sighed as he sat down on a bench. "This is very strange, and I don't think I will trust myself to sleep for a while."

 

Demyx leaned against him, keeping him warm if he still felt cold. "Axel don't worry about that sort of thing. Things will get better. We'll find out more tomorrow."

 

When Marluxia got to his room, he looked out the window to see how the world was doing. It looked the same ever since the chaos had started, but even before that it still looked the same. He sighed, bored with nothing to do. So he lied down and stared at the ceiling before going to sleep. It wasn't that he was tired, he just had a lot on his mind now that Axel has some strange nightmare attack him in reality.

Vladimir looked around but got bored quickly too. The heartless kept on attacking him, but it was a useless battle. He felt like battling someone 10x stronger than the heartless because of his boredom. But what can you do when there's no one around but you?

Caldina watched Vladimir from a distance. "Now this sweetheart would be fun to have under my control," she whispered to herself with a smile.

OOC: Note: Caldina is an illusionist and a charmer... Just wanted to let you know.

 

Axel nodded though he felt warm being by Demyx right now, but the startlement of hearing other voices had gained his focus on elsewhere. He rose to his feet and began walking. "I sense an disturbance in the Proof of Existance and someone else somewhere else. Care to investigate?" he asked.

 

Demyx sensed the same thing and he nodded his head not leaving Axel's side for he wanted to keep him warm. "Yeah I'm up for it if you still are."

 

Axel nodded his head and gently pushed Demyx off him. "I am not having nightmares right now so you don't have to hold me like a child," He replied almost annoyed. He made a portal and went through it.

 

"I was just trying to help Axel?" Demyx called after him and then sat back on his bed feeling rejected. "Geez I help the guy and he leaves in a huff." He sighed and looked at the ground. "I kept you warm and this is how you repay me by being a complete @ss?" he called after him even though he was talking to the wall.

 

Axel was traveling through the cooridor of darkness and sighed as he heard Demyx's voice. He went back to where he at. He hated owing people. "I left the portal open, for a reason, now come on already," He replied.

 

"Oh so now you are going to talk to me?" Demyx asked in a sarcastic manner as he entered the portal. "Where are we going anyway?"

 

Axel paused and turned to face Demyx. "We are going to the Proof of Existance. In standards it can be like our grave," He added as he waited for the water wielder to join him.
