War for Sori

OOC: All in favor of time skipping to the town of Redfog?

 

Jenifer grinned, "of course I'm ready, but Nick... he's another story," she said.

Nick sighed, "I'm not going to cover my wings, I will not be ashamed of what I am," he said, "I will fly near you, not too close, not too far, so that you don't attract too much attention."

 

OOC: I take that as a yes.

BIC: Mya examined the war torn city and frowned. Its getting worse every day. She saw a missle fly by overhead.

 

Nick landed near Mya, Jenifer was standing there, "so, do we get to blow up any filthy human scum?" Jenifer asked.

Nick remained silent as he loaded his gun.

 

She looked around. Not yet. We need to see the condition of the city first. If it's bad, it's not worth taking and we'll bomb it. A fighter flew over and fired a missle at a skyscraper.

Bio: Growing up, Rita was extremely talented and interested in the study of magic, and spent most, if not all of her time practising it. However, magic was seen as witchcraft where she came from, and was strictly forbidden, which led to her expulsion from society at an extremely young age of 8. Living in the wild, she continued her study of magic at a non-stop pace, using it to defend herself against anyone who would try to harm her because of her talent. After 7 years away from proper civilisation, Rita had become much more distant from the other humans, and after witnessing an argument about destroying the Sori, she swore to help them no matter what the cost.
Other: She may seem quite shallow and distant, however if this layer of uneasiness is torn away with friendship, she is willing to do anything to help the cause of what is right.

BIC: The forest was a beautiful place , with the birds chirping and the trees whistling and.... An Explosion?! Startled by the booming crash, Rita awoke. She got up off the mossy area she had slept on and headed in the direction of the sound. "The war..." She said outloud.She reached the border of the city, looked and gasped at what she saw before her, "Woah! what happend here?!"
"The War has started", Shocked Rita turned and saw a wide-eyed Civillian staring at her.
"The Sori have come to destroy us! and it is your Fault Rita Mordio!" The Civillian Screamed out in an awfully high-pitched voice.
"M-my Fault? I dont think so!" Rita replied in a defiant voice.
"Oh but it doesn't matter what you think Girl, as you no longer think rationally!" The civillian said calmly.
Rita's face Went Scarlet.
"So what brings you here, Beast!?"
"Im here to help the Sori!, to defeat you!"
The civillian chuckled."No, no you won't helping scum like that!"
Rita,Still red in the face,Raised her voice. "And, why would that be?"
The civillian chuckled again. "Because we are going to destroy YOU!"
Rita Smirked. "Yeah, you and what army?!"
"This one of course!"
All of a sudden, knights and civillians alike surrounded Rita.
"Your making a Big mistake!" Rita Tsked
In reply to this the Army Surrounding her began to close in on her.
"I warned you." She said smirking
Rita began chanting her spell;

"Oh flickering flame burn, Fire ball!"
3 fire balls emerged from Rita's hands and knocked over 3 knights,
A civillian Stabbed Rita with his dagger while she was recovering
Crying out with pain she keeled over.
One of the men chuckled."Not looking so hot now are you?"
Rita winced at the pain. "urk", her vision went blurry then everything went white

"Well this city looks like its in salvagable condition but the number of inhabitants will decide that." Demetrio looked around "But where is everyone? we should have encountered one person atleast by now.

 

Mya pointed towards the east. They're all quarantined in the town's square to protect them from the battle.

 

"if anyone is up for a bit of fun i have a plan.... he pulled a powerful looking makeshift bomb from his coat "We could lure them to this and watch the fireworks.if we wanted that however to get the full effect we would need a smaller area like there." he pointed to two large buildings on opposite sides of the street "since they have no windows the power from this would be reflected back into the crowd..... but it is your call."

 

Mya frowned. We are not going to kill civilians unless they retaliate. We're only here to sabatoge their supply munitions.

 

Nick looked at her, "how about, us flying types carry some of you cats to the armory itself, it would be much faster, and much less chance of civilain casulty," he said.

Jen nodded, "yeah, Nick and I do that kind of thing all the time, even if I don't like flying, it still works," she said.

 

She thought for a bit then nodded. Alright. But we need a distraction to move away the guards.

 

Sinder saw the others and walked up to them. Then she whispered to Mya "What's up? Can I do anything to help?"
