War for Sori

Mya looked around as the fog rolled in. Wh-what is this? One of Sasha's test? When it cleared, she stared at the little girl. Part of her told her to deny this and consider it as an illusion. The other half wanted to help this girl. Don't do this Mya! She isn't real! Mya felt confused. She didn't know what to do. She couldn't just leave this girl despite she was walking on water which she didn't recognize. She decided to see this girl and rowed slowly to the girl.

 

As Mya rowed closer the girl changed into someone very familiar.

The girl was now Sinder's Sori form.

You killed me... Mya... How could you do such a thing?...

Tears started welling up in her eyes and she kneeled down on the water.

Mya... I thought you were supposed to help...

Sinder was trying to get Mya into a state of weakness and self-doubt.

 

Mya shook her head in disbelief. I didn't mean to kill you! It was an accident! Besides, what you are now was your choice! She didn't realize that Sinder had no feelings and was too into her "sorrow." I don't know what else to say Sinder. I'm sorry.

Hark continued walking throughthe thick foilage until he reached the lake. Before he could do anything, he saw the mist. Mist? Isn't it too late for mist to be here?

 

Leyna frowned as she came out behind Hark, "I don't know, I'll take your word for it but if you're right that must mean something's wrong. The next part of the test perhaps?" She stared into the fog, trying to make out things within it. "Do you think Mya and Demetrio are in there? If so, what should we do?"

 

Hark looked around and saw Dementrio on the shore. I think it's only Mya. I'm not sure what to do...

 

Leyna gazed into the mist, her eyes full of concern for her friend. "I don't know but what if she's in trouble? Surely if there's a chance we can help her we should. Who knows what she's facing in there, can we let her face it alone?" She said, she was not scared of whatever was in the fog but she was a bit scared of going in and making it worse for Mya.

 

Demetrio noticed the fog he could just feel that something unnatural was causing it MYA!!!!! get away from the fog!!

BIC: Hark scratched his head. Well this is supposed to test us right? If what Sasha said is true, then I suppose we have to letthings flow along accordingly. Unless her life is in danger.

 

The girl transformed back into the girl before.

Oh Mya... Why don't we have a little fun?...

An evil smirk crossed her face and her eyes glew red.

The girl disappeared in a puff of black smoke and Sinder struck out at Mya, fangs bared and mane flared, straight for her midsection.

 

Mya widened her eyes in surprise as she saw Sinder fly at her. She jumped off the boat and dove into the lake.

Hark heard a splash. What is going on in there?

 

The dragon-phoenix creature jumped down from the surface of the water and dove down after the Sori girl, making no sound.

Her eyes glew a fierce red and the mane extended and glew as well as she faced the female.

Electric currents ran through the spikes on her back and tail.

 

Mya spun around and shot out a strong water current at Sinder to knock the beast off balance.

 

Demetrio dove in the water and started trying to track Mya Mya..... where are you?

 

Leyna gasped, all she wanted to do was to dive into the fog and help her friend, "We can't let her be alone, can we? What if she's in trouble?" She was torn, she so wanted to help, not doing anything while her friend may be in trouble was agony, yet she did not want to ruin anything for Mya.

 

Hark gritted his teeth and tossed his stuff onto the ground. We are not going to let Mya do this alone. We are her friends and bodyguards. It is our responsibility on whatever she faces. We have to help her. He walked over to the lake and dove in.

 

Leyna grinned, "That's more like it" She jumped straight into the fog after Hark.

 

The current Mya shot only made the creature stagger a little, it was too big to be moved a lot by it.

Sinder then used her powerful tail and legs to capture Mya in her claws.

Then she rose out of the water into the foggy air.

 

Mya yelped as she was lifted up into the air. Hey! Let me go! She tried to escape its grasp.

 

Leyna heard Mya and turned round and moved toward it, trying to see her through the fog, "Mya! Where are you? We're coming!"

 

Demetrio swam as fast as he could towards the sound of Mya's voice
