War for Sori

Liv looked unsure at Rita, "I don't know, my magic's different to yours, I like illusions, mind magic and manipulating objects.... but I suppose I could try. I don't even know what to say though" She looked down, "O divine spear run my enimies through, Holy Lance?" She said raising her arms as it felt appropriate and waited to see if anything happened.

 

Six spears of light materialized in a circle but impaled upwards, homing in on the sun.

"Well done! At least someone can actually cast spells almost correctly." She gave Karol the look of death."I think you just said it a bit too uncertainly though, instead making the incantation sound like a question, you should make it sound fiercer, like me when I get on at the squirt, try again"

 

Liv shook her head, "I don't know...It doesn't feel right" She rubbed the back of her neck.

 

Sasha observe them. They were good, but not good enough. Liv, come here for a second.

 

Liv walked nervously up to Sasha, "Yes?"

 

Sasha looked around before looking back at Liv. I noticed you don't use real magic. You use illusions and magic involving the mind. I'll give you a different task. She reached into a cage and gave her a cat. I want you to tell the cat that it's raining.

 

"Um okay, I've never tried anything like that before" She stared at the cat and concentrated, telling the cat it was raining, connecting their minds.

 

The cat gave a shrill meow and ran back into the cage.

Sasha smiled. Excellent job! Now we-A loud alarm was ringing and Sasha looked up. It's time. She walked over to a screen and tapped it, showing a map with 4 dots on a beach. Away from them, a large dot named "meteor" is heading towards the ocean. The number next to the meteor 40 and rapidly counting down.

Mya looked towards the ocean. It won't be a bad idea, just-wait what's that? There was a glowing star in the sky that appears to get bigger.

 

Leyna looked at the star, "I don't know but it doesn't look good, it's probably our test" As she looked, she tried to work it out, "It's falling... if it hits the ocean it'll cause a tsunami and if it hits land, it'll cause a meteor and...well, either way we need to get off the beach and to high ground, NOW!" She turned on her heels and began to run towards the trees.

 

Mya looked back at Leyna. We can't outrun a tsunami or a meteor! We have to- As the meteor struch the ocean, the ground shook so violently, everyone was knocked to the ground. Mya was dazed and looked up only to se a giant wave heading towards them. Mya looked around franticly. It's too late! Grab hold of something!

Sasha narrowed her eyes as the big blue wave headed towards the beach, impact in 10 seconds.

 

Leyna scrambled up and ran to a pair of large rocks buired deep into the ground close by. She sanwitched herself between the two rocks, used her wings to cover herself and the gap and held on for her life.

 

Hark ran over to Leyna and held onto her.

Mya grabbed onto a tree and hoped to last.

As the wave hit, Mya was instantly torn away from the tree and smacked a rock with her head, passing out from it.

Hark desperatly held onto Leyna, but their grip was being loosened as the violent wave continued.

On the map, 2 dots were separated from each other while the other 2 were close together.

OOC: Yea I dunno with AS so I'll do whatever I can with him.

 

Leyna wedged her self further between the rocks as she desperatly tried to save them both, she tried adjusting her wings to hold Hark safe but the wave was so strong. Her face contorted in effort as she tried to hold on both to the rocks and Hark.

 

Hark gave her a "I'm sorry" look before letting go. He wanted to save her and not risk both of their lives as he was swept away.

The wave suddenly subsided and dissapeared. All four of them were separated into each end of the island. Sasha closed her eyes. We can only pray now. Come. We have much to do. She walked back into the glass prisim.

OOC: Gonna take a shower. Be back in a bit.

 

"NOOO!!!!" She screamed as Hark got swept away. As the wave vanished, she looked around, if only they'd held on for a few seconds more. Tears clouded her eyes as she climbed out from the rock, "Hello! Is anyone there? Is everyone okay?" Leyna shouted at the top of her voice, looking round for anybody. She just hoped, prayed everyone else was okay.

 

Mya opened her eyes and groggily woke up. She was somewhere in the forest. As she touched her forehead, she saw blood and groaned. Crap. Gotta patch this up. She ripped off half of her shirt and tied it to her head. She then wandered around looking for something to eat.

Hark woke up around some rocks. He stood up and looked around. Hey! Anyone out there?! He sighed as it was useless.

 

Rita frowned as Sasha came back with a grim look on her face. "I-Is everything alright? Are they okay?"

 

Sasha gave her a dark look. They're now in the hands of my mind. I can't control them. We can only hope now.

Leyna sighed as she realised she was alone, she paused thinking of the others before realising she couldn't get caught up. This was all part of the test and she couldn't afford to fail this. She picked back up some stones to replace the ones she had lost along with everyone else and began to head towards the trees like they had planned but now she was alone.

Liv gazed at Sasha, her face laced with worry about her friends.

 

Mya walked until she was at a lake. This is a good spot! Now I need to try making a signal. She sighed realizing how tired she was. She looked up and saw a tree full of bananas. She eagarly vlimbed it and knocked off a few bananas. She jumped down and started eating them, feeling nourished. Gotta make a fire soon. She decided to save the bananas and piled up some wood from a fallen tree.
