Mya saw something zip by her and she turned around. She saw Sinder heading south. Sinder? Hey Sinder come back!

 

The girl only looked back slightly at the one calling to her.

After a few moments she turned back to the direction she was headed towards.

 

Demetrio saw Sinder fly by him. he wondered where she was going in such a hurry.

 

Mya sighed. She's changed. Cmon. We have to go as well.

OOC: I'm planning to do a time skip to the village. All in favor?

 

OOC: Go for it.

 

OOC: Yup, go forth!

BIC: After hours of walking, they finally reached the summit of the mountains. Mya shivered and wrapped the jacket around her tighter. Not far later, she sees a guard. As they arrive, the guard steps up. Halt! No one is allowed into the village. Mya frowned. But the chosen one-Yes I know who you are Chosen one, but I can't let you in. The Mage is long gone. As long as the Kate is gone, no outsiders are allowed to be inside of the village. The guard bowed in apology.

Keelina started looking around nervously.

 

Leyna watched Keelina discretely with a slight frown.

"What do we do now?" Liv asked Mya.

 

"Aww don't be a meanie," Sinder whispered into his ears as she appeared and put her hands on the soldier's shoulders.

She was adorned with pure silver armor on her wings and body over her regular clothing, a helmet shaped like a dragon's head hanging by her side.

On her hands were gauntlets made to look like claws, and on the feet were talon-like coverings over her boots.

Amethysts embedded in certain spots on the armor made her look extravagent, but the crudeness of the armor made her look deadly.

The girl showed no feeling to the cold around her.

"The least you can do is show some respect and offer hospitality.

Look at the poor children, they're cold and need to rest after hiking so long."

She smiled slyly and sort of evil-like towards him.

 

The soldier shrugged. I have my orders.

Keelina stepped up. I say belay those orders.

The soldier glared at her. Who do you think you are? Ordering me around like that?

Keelina eyes turned bright blue. I'd watch your tounge sargent.

The soldier suddenly turned pale. No it can't be. I-I'm sorry m'am. I'll let them in.

Mya stared at Keelina. WhY did you lie to us?

Keelina sighed and turned around. I promised. My name isn't Keelina. I am Sasha, the Mage of the South. I am the one Lee talked about.

 

Sinder smiled at Keelina.

"Good girl."

She disappeared into the snowy wind.

 

Sasha looked back at the village than back at them. Come. We should rest. We had a long hike behind us. She walked into the village leading Mya and the others behind her.

Grey was on the cliff watching the group then turned around walked away.

 

The girl was standing behing him, "I am confused Grey, I know much but I cannot seem to make contact anymore, like they can't see or hear me," she said to the male as he walked towards and past her.

"I can't seem to be myself anymore, I feel like I'm changing into a permanent state that pushes me away from them."

She put her hand out into the snowy air.

"I am so different now, I can't even feel the cold of the snow anymore.

I don't feel the warmth of the sun, food doesn't satisfy anymore.

Im I becoming hollow once more? A shadow?"

 

He stopped and turned his head towards her. Sometimes, it's better to die and stay dead rathe than redeeming yourself when you know it's futile. The poor chap Exik asked for it. Killed by his own daughter. Here's my advice. Go back to them. Believe what you think is right before you lose your senses too. Here's a question to ponder about. Would you rather have done nothing and wish you did? Or would you rather have done something, and thought what you just did? He took another step and dissapeared into the snowy wind.

 

Sinder sighed.

"I guess I have to go now, my time is done.

I can't take this anymore..."

She walked into the town, looking at the ground as she strolled.

 

Mya noticed Sinder and walked up to her. You seem different from before Sinder. Is there something bothering you Sinder?

 

The girl stopped and looked up to the one talking to her, a sad gaze in her eyes.

"You need no worry about me anymore, Mya.

I will be going now, and you will not need to worry about me anymore.

I will no longer be a burden to you and your group."

She unstrapped and handed the girl her silver helmet with the single amethyst on the forehead.

"It was nice while it lasted."

 

Mya threw the amulet on the ground. That's it? A burden? Is that what you think? Open your ears! Everything you said about helping us was a lie?! You're just going to leave and think it's all rainbows and sugar?! I don't care what you think, but you have no reason to leave us.

 

"I thought it would be the best for you all.

I am becoming hollow.

You feel the snow and the warmth of the sun don't you?

I can't anymore.

My emotions are nearly gone, and with them goes my sanity.

I was bound to leave sooner or later, I didn't think it would get this bad."
