OOC: Sorry!! And I can't even say I'l get better as after today (well maybe tommorrow), I won't be able to get on here til a week on Sunday. Sorry.

"You knew Mya before?" Liv paused, this was new development. She was still reluctant to trust Grey but they did look so happy together, though something was still bugging her about the photo and she was struggling to put her finger on what. Then she saw it, "Wait, you look the same age there, how can you be the same age?" Grey looked much older than Mya yet on the photo they appeared to be the same age, "Also how could you do something to a friend? If in fact she is your friend." She looked at the scroll in her hand, unsure what to do.

Leyna nodded, "I'm fine, yeah, we need to see Ulysses. You're right." She answered quietly, still a tad shaken but being able to actually think straight again, "Remember where this room is, I have a feeling we may have to return here. Okay? Now let's find Ulysses." She walked forward and found herself leaning forward, compensating for her winds that weren't there. It felt wrong to have no wings, like someone had cut off her arm. She looked at Rita to see herself, still not getting used to how strange that was, and smiled, "You know I'd better have your magic, if you've still got your magic and my wings, you have got a much better deal. Also your eyesight is awful, I wouldn't even be able to see the target clearly to shoot." She commented, making light of the situation as she walked out of the room.

 

Grey sighed. We weren't just friends. We were engaged. Once I was assigned and knew what the prophecy was about, I left her. I didn't want to break her heart telling her that the world depended on her. I locked myself in the labs, performing tests on myself because no one gave me enough money or supplies. As you can tell, thats why I look 25. Once John gave me a lab, I knew I couldn't stall this any longer. I needed to continue my research. What you hold there is the secret end of the prophecy. I can't read it. Sasha can. The sooner we cam get this sorted out. The better.

BIC: Rita grinned at her friend at her comment, her eyes twitching ever so slightly as she was adjusting to Leyna's amazing eye sight. "Even if I have your wings and you have my magic, there's is no guarantee that we'll be able to use them properly." She glanced at Leyna's wings and tried to make them flap, however the most she could manage was a little shake upwards and downwards. "I-it feels so weird...having these extra limbs here...like I have two pairs of arms." She exclaimed as she took a few slow and cautious steps towards the door, making sure she could keep her balance with the little extra weight that was upon herself thanks to Leyna's wings. "I hope we don't get caught up in any battles like this...it wouldn't be too handy having you make earthquakes happen and creating tsunamis whilst I'm rocketing off into space with no control over these two wings." She chuckled at the thought of this scenario as she made her way out of the room and into the corridor to join her friend.

Liv stared at Grey, "I'll give it to Sasha" She said though she still distrusted him. She wasn't sure how to reply to his story though, he was madder than she thought. She sighed and went quiet, this hadn't gone at all as she planned. She'd gone in to get answers but only got more questions, she felt like she'd lost this and resigned to herself. She stepped back from him, and began to walk away, her eyes low.

Leyna nodded and grinned, "Yeah, that would be a bit of a disaster. We'd better go find Ulysses soon and figure this out." She began to move down the corridor, paying close attention to where the room was and where they were going. She was still finding it pretty strange in this new body, "You know there is the potenial in this to have lots of fun, though I'm not sure we could fool anyone" She said making light of the situation, "So, how do you do magic? I am quite curious to see what it's like. I won't get this oppertunity again." She said now she'd had time to get over the initial shock.

 

Grey started making his way back to the resting room. Hope the rest of the prophecy isn't too bad. The last thing we need is more hardships.

 

Rita stopped and rubbed her chin for a moment, pondering over Leyna's tricky question. "Hmm...It's kinda hard to explain...I guess I never really think about it now-a-days considering it just come naturally..." She began to tap her feet to a random beat whilst she thought about it. "Well...magical creatures should be able to sense magic around them. And when they do, they can draw that very power into their bodies and concentrate on it. Once all their concentration is focused on it, they can recite a spell orally or within their minds and let the power flow through their body until it reaches an exit point, for example the fingertips of the hands." She grinned after she had finished her explanation, "Sorry it's so complicated, there really is no other way to explain it." She sighed and shook her head, finding it hard to deal with not having magic. "And whilst we are on the subject, how exactly do you fly successfully with these wings of yours?" She gave her wings another little flap to test them out.

 

Leyna just stared at Rita (in her body) blankly. "Say wha? Okay then...I wasn't expecting it to be so complicated. I didn't get a word of that. I was thinking I could just say some magic words and magic would happen. Nothing big just something. Shame." She sighed, "And as for flying, that came naturally to me. I learn to do that as I learned to walk, actually before I learned to walk. Hmm, well first I'd say stretch them out fully. Don't attempt to fly until you feel confident that you have full control of them. I'm not sure how to explain this in words." She said, crumpling Rita's brow as she tried to figure out how to vocalise what she wanted to say.

Liv made her way over to Sasha slowly, she felt defeated and she just hoped she was doing the right thing. She hated how Grey had turned her going in to get answers and be in control to this. She felt so weak, both physically and mentally.

 

Sasha noticed Liv coming towards her in an odd way. Ah Liv! It's nice seeing you today. Err...may I ask why you look and feel odd today?

Grey hid around a corner nearby Sasha and Liv, listening to them.

 

Rita laughed at Leyna's reaction, wiping away tears of glee that struck her eyes. "Afraid so, but don't worry, practise never makes perfect, however determination and confidence will lead you to your goals." She smiled and looked back at Leyna's wings once more, trying to stretch them out a bit so they could eventually lead on to expanding fully, with little to no success. "Just as pointer, I have many books stashed away in some of the magical compartments in my robe, so if you think your up to it, just feel free to have read of them." She looked over at other rooms she never noticed on the way there. "Also, how far out do your wings expand? I don't want to be stuck with them going through the walls." She giggled slightly as the thought passed through her mind.

Slowly, sight returned to Karol as his eyelids slowly fluttered open. "..W-where...where am I?" He muttered as he found himself staring at the ceiling of some strange looking room. Puzzled, he slowly and steadily sat himself upright, studying his surroundings carefully to see if there was any immediate danger.

 

"As much as they'd be interesting, I don't think we'll have time right now. We have more pressing matters." Leyna said regretfully yet still smiled, "And how far? You've seen me fly, right? Quite far. I'd suggest turning so your facing the wall so my wings don't crash into the wall. Alternitively, wait until we're out somewhere with more room. We still need to find Ulyssess, remember?" She said with a grin. She was starting to get used to Rita's body, she was moving much more naturally than before, it was still wierd though. She missed her wings.

Liv sighed in responce to Sasha, "Grey..." She started to say when the devices Ulyssess had given her and Sasha to alert them about Karol buzzed. Her eyes widened, "Karol" She looked over to Sasha, "I've got something important you need to know but Karol comes first!" She quickly said to Sasha before sprinting over to where Karol was. She was so worried her mind going into what if's, what if he'd deterioated, what if he's even...no, she wasn't going to even think of that possibility. She opened the door to Karol's room and in that spilt second, she could of done a backflip with all the joy and relief she was feeling. "Karol!!!" She exclaimed, seeing him awake and wasting no time in running in to hug him. Tears of joy were running down her cheeks, "You're awake! Oh my god, I've been so worried. Promise me you'll never ever ever do that again."

 

Sasha scratched her head awkwardly, seeing Liv go straight.for Karol. Oh umm...sure. Come talk to me when you're done then.

 

OOC: Sorry about that, prob doesn't help the plot progress as much but I have to stay true to Liv

Rita grinned back at her friend at nodded, "Right...got to find Ulysses, and possibly rearrange his skeleton a bit to see how he likes it." She gave Leyna's arms a little swing as if she were warming them up and preparing for a fight. Movement was beginning to become easier on her, and even though the addition of wings sort of made her feel uncomfortable, it still felt cool -even at the loss of her magic -

Karol jumped slightly as suddenly a rather large red light started flashing as soon as he stood up from the bed. He raised an eyebrow at it, and was about to take a closer look at it when all of a sudden, Liv came smashing through the door with such speed and power that he thought it might be knocked off its hinges. A small smile began to slowly creep up on his lips, until it reformed itself into a circle of awe and surprise as Liv came charging at him, almost knocking him clear off off his feet and back on to the bed. "H-hey! Take it easy!" He cried gleefully as slowly his smile returned, "We really don't need a rugby tackler on the team now do we?" He wrapped his arms around her joyfully and tried to fight back the tears that were beginning to sting his eyes.

 

Liv grinned, "Sorry but you're awake! I was so scared for you and I didn't know what to do and what if you hadn't woken up and now you're awake and I'm so happy and..." She took a gasp of air, "...I love you". She held him so tightly like she was never going to let go. Now she'd got him back she just didn't want to ever lose him again. Tears of joy welled up in her eyes, as she embraced him.

Leyna laughed at her friend, "You know we're never going to fool anybody." She shook her head happily as they rounded the corner into the main area to see everyone crowded round at the other side. "I wonder what's going on" She muttered, she didn't like having Rita's eyesight so she couldn't see clearly. "Wait, isn't that your brother's room?" She said as she began to think about this and began to speed up walking.

 

Hark frantically looked around of Leyna. After she went exploring, she hadn't return which worried Hark. Damn. I swear if she got herself into some trouble, I'm not letting her go off again.
