War for Sori

Sasha picked up Karol. I'll take him in. She tugged him onto her back and carried her in.

Grey carried Mya in as well.

Hark landed next to Leyna and headed inside the building.

 

Demetrio got off of Sinder Sinder..... Zerci thank you I would not have been able to get to Mya without you and with that he walked off quickly disappearing from sight

 

OOC: Guys, sorry, should of mentioned this. Please don't go in yet, it looks like the enterance is boarded up. I know my fault for not making it clear.

 

"Babe, you've been using too much magic.

You need to rest."

Sinder mumbled then fell asleep.

Her firey feathers lifted and dissipated into the atmosphere.

She was left on the ground.

"What am I gonna do with you baby?"Zerci laughed to herself.

Her feathers disappeared into the air as well and she was standing by Sinder.

She took knelt down and took her lover in her arms, picking up Sinder softly as not to wake her.

"I got you babe," Zerci said into Sinder's ear as she picked her up.

BIC: Sasha walked up to the boarded doors as she carried Karol on her back. Uhh...is it supposed to be blocked up like this?

 

Leyna frowned and walked up to the door, and banged several times on it, "Hey. Ulysses, you in?"

Silence.

She banged again, "Hello. Open up!"

Silence. Then a quiet rumbling and a very loud intimidating voice rang out, "Who are you who demands access to my home?"

BIC: Sasha eyed Leyna. Hope you know what you're doing.

 

OOC: Way ahead of you ^,^

BIC: Leyna smiled at Sasha, "Don't worry" She said quietly before shouting back to the voice, "It's Leyna and some friends, looking for saftey"

There was a pause before the spine tingerling voice rang out again, "Proove it"

Leyna looked down, trying to figure out how to prove it, then looked up and shouted, "Dancing frogs. Oh, and your salt lollys are foul"

Silence. Then a rumbling, Leyna frowned and suddenly shouted, "Get away from the door!!"

BIC: Sasha sighed and shook her head, trying not to laugh. You and your secret codes.

 

Rita smiled and shook her head, wondering how Leyna could possibly agree to such silly passwords. "Dancing frogs..." She murmured, taking a few steps back as Leyna instructed.

 

Leyna glanced at them, "I'll explain later" She then looked back at the door to see it fall vertically down like a drawbridge and slam onto the ground where they had been standing only moments earlier.

Smoke poured out of inside and a figure could be seen walking out through the smoke. As the smoke cleared, the figure became visible as a lanky young man wearing a once white labcoat. His brown hair was singed at the ends and he wore a pair of goggles on his forehead though there was a white patch around his eyes where his goggles had been. A pencil rested on his ear to accopany to the battered notepad in his pocket. "Leyna, it's good to see you again." He said in a voice very different to the one they had heard moments earlier. He hugged Leyna then moved his attention to the others behind her.

"It's good to see you too, it's been too long. Have you got what I asked for?" She said before turning round, "Guys, this is Ulysses. He's a genius, seriously." She fixed him a look, "These are my friends. You may not use them as test subjects, if you even think about it, you will regret it, understood?"

"Of course, I've got it plus a few additions I think you'll like. I wish you'd wouldn't introduce me like that and understood" He looked down at the ground like a sulky teenager before grinning again and walking over to the others.

 

Demetrio appeared behind everyone else listening to them talk his mind still occupied

 

Sasha nodded. Thank you for giving us a place to rest and hide. Hope you don't mind if we stay here for a while. The government is looking after us. Now can you please lead us in? Karol is heavier than he looks.

 

Ulysses didn't even look at her, "I didn't say that, did I? Wait." He clearly didn't like anyone acting high up at his home "And don't start lecturing me about the goverment, they have enough to answer for as it is. You can stay as long as you don't interfere with my work. And when you go in don't touch anything. But not yet." He still didn't look at her, instead he walked back just inside and pulled a string. A moment later he slid a bed on wheels out to her. "There, you can put him down on this" Still without even seeing her he turned his attention to the others.

He examined each one of them in turn, jotting things down on his little notepad, prodding them with a strange implement before he eventually returned to Sasha. He spent a disproportional amount of time examining her bum before going back round to her front like a differet person, he took her hand and kissed it before she could say anything. "I do hope you enjoy your time here"

 

Rita gave Ulysess a look of complete awe, wondering how Sasha would react to being kissed by a complete stranger. She turned to Leyna and mouthed to her. Does this guy value his life?

 

Sasha blinked a few times before nodding. Y-yea we will. Thanks. She placed Karol on the bed and whirled around to Leyna, shooting a look at her. He's insane.

Grey frowned as he completely turned into another person as soon as he examined them all. It made him feel uneasy...he didn't want to trust this man.

 

Leyna shrugged and grinned, you could garentee things would get interesting with Ulysses.

"Welcome to me humble abode. It's not luxury and may not be what you're used to but I should have everythign you need here. Although while you are here do not touch or interfere in any of my projects. Understood?" Ulysses said to all of them bowing down, before turning on his heel and walking into the abandoned factory.

Inside there was every kind of project imaginable going on. There were bubbling chemicals in test tubes, all manor of half built machines, green smoke rising up from a huge fire with purple flames, mysterious things under white sheets, wierd contraptions, you name it, it was there. The room was a delight to the senses. And it strangly smelt of almond.

 

Sasha examined the place. It looked similar to the lab in the fortress, but not as wacky.

Grey placed Mya on a couch and placed a blanket on her.
