War for Sori

John grabbed Karol's sword and threw him back while blocking the arrows. You're all getting annoying. I want a worthy challenger. He sealed both him and Grey behind the crystal wall.

Grey looked at Liv and sent her a message. Kill Jade. He then turned to John and began having a heated magic battle with John.

 

Liv blinked, breaking out of her trance from Gray's message. Her work on John's mind semi undone. She frowned, he surely couldn't of told her what she thought he did. Maybe she'd been right about him but he was fighting John for them, maybe Jade was a traitor. She loked round a clutched her head, why did things have to be so complicated? She thought in battle everything turned simple but now this. She looked between Jade and Gray, unsure what to do. Unknown to her she'd built up a lot of magic in her body in her trance, this mood was only heightening it and her body could not cope with much more magic, she had too release it soon.

'What do we do now?' Leyna asked. She tried not too show it but she was annoyed at feeling useless. She never seemed to be able to do anything, she'd homed her archery skills to a point, she was second to none. But what did that matter when her arrows were simply batted away like a minor annoyance?

 

Jade raised his spear and chanted a few words. Suddenly, 6 balls of dark mattered shot out of his spear and flew right towards Leyna, Karol and Liv.

Rita glanced around and noticed what Jade was doing. Acting on impulse, she threw herself in front of the balls and and cast a small shield around herself to null the damage. The attack contacted her and sent her flying through the air, smashing into Karol just as his sword came flying down at him missing him by inches. The two of them collided into the far wall, the shield defending them from the worst of the damage. Rita glared at Jade weakly, "What the hell are you doing?!" She cried, wiping away some blood that seeped slowly through her wounds.

Jade grinned evilly, lowering his spear. "My job." He chuckled darkly, waving his hand to kinetically shove Rita away from Karol. "Now, time to finish the runt off." A bright light erupted from his spear and slowly made it's way towards Karol, growing bigger with every passing second.

 

Hark fired rounds at Jade, trying to grab his attention.

Grey knocked John back and observed behind him. See Grey? This was all planned. Everyone of you were targeted from the start and destined to die. He stuck at Grey again and Grey struck back

 

Liv smiled, that made things easier, she looked at Jade and released her magic. She barely knew what she was doing and she released so much magic it hurt her. But for Jade, she had just sent a overwhelming amount of magic directly into his mind. A small amount of this found it's way to his pain centre. You see all pain goes through the pain centre in your mind for it to register. Except the magic sent all the signals for excrutiating pain to his pain centre without the physical wounds being made. The rest of the magic? Well that wasn't doing nothing either. "Get of my boyfriend" She virtually screamed.

Leyna also helped by sending a load of as usual perfectly aimed arrows in his direction, she didn't plan on doing nothing

OOC: Oh gosh so many attacks O_o

BIC: Jade waved his hand and jumped back at the same time, removing some of Liv's magic from his mind and dodging the bullets. Liv's magic was fairly painful,but he ignored it and redirected his attack aimed for Karol to his three attckers, the blast sent to Leyna vaporized most of her arrows. He let the rest of the arrows hit him, but not reacting to them, even though blood was soaking his robes.

 

Liv smiled, he may have removed some of her magic but that didn't matter, she'd got into his mind and there was plenty she could use efficiently, she still had enough on his pain centre that she was using to cause him some pain but he should be more worried about the other magic which she was using descretely, he'd find out soon enough what she was doing.

Leyna dodged his blast, slightly annoyed at the loss of her arrows, sent another wave of arrows, giving him no respite. She had to do something, she was sick of everyone else being so powerful and her just being useless.

 

Hark backed off and clutched his necklace. Leyna, I think its time to test out our forms. He then glowed bright red before transforming into his other form.

Grey backed up a bit, clutching his chest which had a bloody gash in it while John had a big piece of metal stuck in his wing and a knife in his leg. Not bad Grey. Not bad at all.

 

OOC: I don't actually understand the difference between their forms. Also short post is short. Sorry

Leyna nodded, held her necklace with one hand and transformed.

 

Jade smiled and seemed to melt into dark goo, suddenly disappearing and reappearing next to Karol, who was unconscious from smashing into the wall. He used his magic to lift Karol up off the ground and moved him in front of himself, using him as a shield. "Now then, you have a choice, attack me and this child's life is forfeit. Or you can give up your meaningless quest and die with dignity."

Rita watched helplessly as her brother was being used by Jade as a human shield. "S-stop it! You creep!" She yelled at him, but her cries fell upon deaf ears.

 

Or you can fight like a man. Sasha grabbed Jade and threw him into a wall while placed Karol behind her. I'm disappointed Jade. Why would you fight like a coward? Using human sacrifices?

 

A tear rolled down Liv's cheek, "No..." She stopped attacking his pain centre, though she was at a loss how he managed to cope with that amount of pain. She stopped her magic though did not remove it, instead she just let it lie dormant inside his mind, her route in. For all intents and purposes it was undetectable and it was like she had given up. She'd stopped attacking, that was no lie. But then Sasha appeared, she grinned. Instantaniously she was back in his mind attacking his pain centre and working her way deeper again to make some real difference.

Leyna frowned, again so helpless. She knew her aim was good enough she could hit him without hitting Karol but what if he reacted or did something before, it was too risky- though before it got too bad, Sasha had returned. She'd never been so glad to see someone. She raised her bow, she wasn't going to waste arrows now. She aimed carefully but did not fire, a constant stream was not working. But the best archers didn't need lots of arrows, they only need one. Placed perfectly an arrow could do anything.

 

Jade used his magic to soften his crash, enabling him to get back up instantly. "Why not?" He grabbed his spear and lunged at Sasha. Halfway there he jumped up and over to her, firing bolts of black lightning at her whilst swiping at her at the same time.

 

Sasha absorbed the lightning and pushed him back with a blast of air.. You're all the same. Using others just to make your life easier. She pulled out a pitch black sword and pointed it at Jade. Hope you're not afraid to hurt a girl Jade.

 

Liv frowned how was he not even reacting to the pain she must have been causing him, she sent more signals down his pain centre. "Come on, come on" Her body went still as she searched down into his mind, for that key little thing that will make him completely under her control.

As he was pushed back, Leyna took the moment. She swooped down closed to him and fired a single arrow, straight at his neck. A narrow area to aim at but her aim was renowned and if it hit it could cause some major damage. Of course, she wasn't stupid and had flown a fair distance away before he had even stopped going back.

 

"Oh please, I've killed more girls than you can even imagine." He prepared to lunge at Sasha, when he was struck by Leyna's arrow. He staggered back, attacking his wound with healing spells. "Filthy wench!" He screamed at Leyna, firing dark energy at her with incredible speed.

 

Sasha took the chance and dashed towards Jade, stabbing at him with her sword covered in lightning.

 

Jade turned back and barely managed to block Sasha's attack. "Ah, so we have a sneaky wench too?" He tutted at her before jumping backwards, landing beside Karol's sword."Why don't we make this fair?" He picked up the sword and transformed it into a black sword decorated with a skull and death's scythe, twirling it around before pointing it at Sasha. Then suddenly he ran and slashed at her with his sword, which seemed to leave a line of dark energy trailing behind it when it moved.

 

Sasha blocked his attack with her sword and sent back a shockwave knocking him to the floor. I'd watch your tongue. It'll be the first to go. She fired a salvo of black fireballs at him.

 

Jade swiped the air with his sword, creating dark shockwaves which clashed with Sasha's fireballs and cancelled both of the attacks out. "Ooh, did I upset you? How sad." Jade cooed sarcastically, getting back up and clashing swords with the mage whilst sending a telepathic message to John. "How are you holding up?"
