"Well you know, if you want, you can always stay at my place" joker said as he gave a slight grin.

 

"Why do I get the feeling the rent would be my dignity?" Keely sighed as she pushed herself up, looking him up and down carfully before bending over to pull her laptop from the bag she's hidden underneath the coffee table in the louge room. "Oh, I'll do some property hunting then shall I D?" She added as she fought with the straps of the bag.

 

"Yes that would be good" He added before he left the room. He came down a few minutes later "Well my bag is packed, Keely have you started searching for anything good?"

 

"Three bedroom penthouse apartment in London City Centre, and with the recent market crash it's rather cheap. But, the landlord has issues with renting it out to people as I described us. That's two students. He seems to think we'll cause massive rackets with all-night parties and such. Such sterotypes... Only way we can change his mind is by changing our status... You know like: Students, Partners, family unit, single..."

 

D came around and looked at the laptop over Keely's shoulder. He saw the details of the room and thought about it. "Very well," He finally decided "That seems like a suitable enough place, just convince him that we're a small family unit, that's probably enough."

 

ooc: hey, do you by chance have a market crash in england to? I mean, I'm just wondering cuz america is hell, and so far most people think that things are great in England. Just wonderin

bic: "Give the guy evidential proof that you won't. you two are smart. Can't you fake your own report cards and make it look like you are all A studnets or somethen?" joker suggested to them both as he watched.

"Alright, so siblings it is... And it's easier to lie about reletionships then about realty. Not to mention with we have report cards he'll check with the Uni." She nodded, typing the new data into the machine. "Looks like... That should be alright. As long all the rules are abided by and such. So, you my friend have just signed your first lease as Mr. Nick Jonson."

OOC- We're heading for one thanks to you american's over doing morgages and such. Everyone's starting to think there's gonna be a second Wall Street Crash.

bic: "Well I think that I'm gonna head off. I would prefer to get started ASAP. I'll call you if I gots any good information, alrite" he said

 

"Good," D said stretching "Now that we have a place to go we should get going, the sooner we get on this case the better"

 

"Alright, London here we come. Conjestion charges and black cabs all the way." She laughed as she shut down the laptop and slid it back into the bag. Immeadiatly jumping up onto her feet.

 

Diesel chuckled as he got his bag and started outside. There was a small black car with a person waiting for them. "I told Roger we would leave, this car will take us wherever we want to go at anytime. Think of the Driver as our Watari" The driver wore a large had and coat so the face wouldn't be seen as he opened the door for them. "You coming Keely and Ryo?" he said upon entering the car

 

"'Course I'm in." Keely laughed, almost jumping into the car and sliding all the way across the back seat so she could sneakily usurp a window seat. "I found the place didn't I, going to London was my idea after all."

 

The driver closed the door to the car and drove off. Soon they had reached the building with the penthouse. Diesel came out with his bag and headed to get the key for the penthouse. Then they went into the elevator and came to the penthouse door

 

"Nice place, have to give it that." She commented.

 

"Yeah, this will be fun" he said walking around and going up to a window. "This is the first time in a while that I've been out of Wammy's, it feels good" he said smiling. He dropped his bag and picked up his phone from his pocket. "I'm gonna call Joker and tell him we've arrived at the penthouse" he said dialing

Meanwhile the driver and taken off his large hat and coat to reveal a slightly old woman with grey har and rectangle glasses. "My name is Elizabeth, but I will be acting as your Watari" She said smiling at the two "Roger is my brother, so he sent me to aid you during this case"

"Damn I missed the real world... Shouldn't of come back after those six months." She sighed spinning around arms outreached before dropping onto the leather sofa. "It feels like... free. No real rules and shyt really." Keely laughed happily as she took deep breath. "And sure. Sounds like a good idea."

"Heya." Keely smiled. "I think we met once before, dunno though. Might not of. I loose track of what happend before around... a year ago sometimes. Anyway. So you're like Miss Ruvie?"

ooc: srry about being off and on. I'm spying on my crazy new neighbor who awhile ago went crazy in the bungolo's area and tore up the ground by spinning around her car. Now she is walking outside at different times, and lauphing. But not any kind of lauph EVILE LAUPH!!!! Total psycho.............

also, if anyone needs me to post on the opposite side, then tell me. I sort of am thinking that if I post on one side at a time (kira side and wammy side (wow, that sounds pretty cool when you say it)), then I won't reck my train of thought. Just sayen.....

Diesel closed the phone and put it away. "There, i told him now." He got over to the couch and sat down where Keely wasn't on. "Of course no rules will apply from here on out, we have to do anything and everything in our power. Even if that means cheating and playing dirty" He took out his art pad and began doodle the view of the building below. "Now first of all we need to find Kira. According to the news, more deaths had been happening here than in Japan lately, is Kira here or trying to throw us off?"

The woman smiled "That's correct! From now on I will assist you in any way possible. I'm good with computers as well as many other talents" She walked over to the kitchen and began to make some snacks for them to eat

Hmm? Grado said waking up from a nap as soon as he heard footsteps "Matt? Is that you, and do you have any more apples?"

 

"Yep" matt said as he tossed him an apple. Rob stared in shock at the shinigami, dumbfounded by the fact that such a thing had even exsisted
