"Near currently is untouchable. The SPK members are. I don't know why everyone here is in such a fuss, but if I were you, I'd start tracking them down. Though chances are that they have permanantly changed their names to keep themselves hidden, but unlike Near, I doubt that they can't completely hide themselves" Joker said.

 

"But, within their line of work there is a rather large chance, around seventy... seventy-seven per cent chance that all of the present three agents are dead. I belive they were know as... Lidner, Rester and Gevanni. Obviously fake names however, what with the whole needing a name and a face thing. Same reasons we hide our names too."

 

"Well then, do we know which of the members of the SPK were the youngest? If we can figure that out, then we will be able to figure out who has the greatest chance of being alive." Joker suggested.

 

"Oh, it's not age. It's getting shot, stabbed or sent into a coma and loosing their memories. Though I belive it was Gevanni. Can't remember where I heard that though so don't be to reliant on my infomation. It's only the basics I got off of various sites. But I did check a few and these where all the common factors and broadcast news."

 

"Well then, either way, we should attempt to find them. It does not make a difference. IF they are dead, then they are dead, but if not, then we have a chance" he said.

 

"Worth a shot I guess."

 

"Gots a cell?" Joker asked Keely

 

"here" Ryo said handing him his cellphone

 

"Well, I don't exsactly need a cellphone, but I need cell phone numbers. After all, unless you think you can uncover the biggest crime in history by yourself, I would suggest exchanging cell numbers"

 

Ryo nodded and told them his phone number

 

"Please, you just want my phone number." Keely giggled mockingly. "Though, I think maybe mobile phones are a little too easy to tap. So I don't think we should rely to heavily on them. I assume everyone owns a laptop or a computer. I can set up a enitrely new and secure for now system for us all within a day, even bulit in voice changers. Though I'll need access to the computers. And wow Ryo, you're gonna be dead within a week if you're so open with personal details. He's been gone four years, anything could of happened to him in that amount of time."

 

"True, you do have a point. Both in that they are not completely liable, and also that I want your number. But then would you mind if I were to give you mine. The phone is registered under a different name, so it'll be useful. After all, unlike you, I don't have a high tech lap top and stuff" he complained

 

"Fine, I'll give you my number. But, you're only to call me when it's important. I don't trust phones at all. But everyone else is getting a IM adress, and you're getting my laptop when I finally get my new one."

 

"I'm sure if you stay here you will have plenty of things to use" Diesel said "I can give you my phone number to use as I and Keely will be working together, so if you call me you can ask to speak to her at anytime" He took out his cell phone and read his phone number

"Thanks" Joker said as he was putting the cell numbers into his phone. "I would come back, but this place is just not my style"

 

"I was actually planning on basing myself in the city. Rather then staying here. I mean, if this place is discovered. And ALL the N sucessors are here, just think of the mayhem and massacre."

 

"That is true, then we need an apartment to use as our headquarters" He said getting up

 

"Well then, now that we have all of that settled, we can finally get to work" he said as he turned around and looked at the twins. "You two are offly quiet" he said.

"We just prefer to speak when the conversation gets a little more interesting" they both said at the same time. "Incase you havn't noticed, there is still the problem of how the heck the guy was able to get the abilities in the first place. I mean, cmon, it isn't like his powers just dropped right out of the sky" jake said.

 

"Never know. Shinigami's and all that suddenly becoming so popular, don't know what to belive really..." She sighed "Anyway, best get appartment hunting. Fun, fun, fun!" Keely said in a mock exictment. "Wincester... F*ck no. Moving to London or something better idea. Come back once a week or something." She said, mainly to herself as she pondered over the various options. "I'm assuming you'll be coming with me?"

 

"We don't know how his power works, but I'll find out once we catch him." He said "As for an apartment, we'll be leaving as soon as possible once we find one that's suitable. I guess I'll start packing" He said getting up and leaving for his room.
