    This is a video I made a while back. It is a simple tutorial on how to manage learning the wall spin and pop wall spin. I hope you enjoy.

    Wow niice.
    I guess you're really into parkour, judging from the plot you've shown me.
    Or is it free running? Apparently there's a difference.
    Since it was a "simple" tutorial, it was alright. I wish you would have shown a better view of your hands, though.
    I've been interested in free running for awhile, but lack the time and fitness for it.
    I'm definitely trying this though.

    Now that I think about I should have slowed it down or have shown a different angle. But I'm glad you enjoyed it and I wish you luck on your attempt.

    Pretty good tutorial. Ive always wanted to try parkour. I should try this, Ill probably hurt myself in the process but I think I can do it.

    Thought kills the process of doing, simply shut your brain off and do what your body must. It leads on to bigger moves like pop wall spins, and corner wall spins. (which are really fun) Just keep at it and you'll surely get it in due time.

    The correct term is Traceur or runner.

    You can always get better.
