Voxli tiem

1000th post in this thread. It's so dead in there, and I'm complaining to myself about it. While I'm in there. Alone pretty much.

Hey everybody.
Because of the recent issues with Voxli arising, P came to me with a new solution that we've chosen to implement.

P is making a group (on KHV) that will contain the link to Voxli. The Voxli room will now be password protected, and the password will be handed out within the KHV group. P will control membership to the group, and you will not be able to see the group without being a member. The password will be rotated every so often.

So what does this change?

Obviously, it adds a second step for you guys entering the room. But this also limits the Voxli room only to those that are members of the group, preventing unsavory members from coming in and trolling, and hopefully limiting the drama being dragged over onto KH-Vids.

Handing out the password to someone not in the group without P's permission is forbidden and P will deal with that as he sees fit.

All discussion of Voxli should remain inside the group. I have heard that people are planning to make a Voxli related podcast, and that too should remain inside of the group. Any Voxli related jokes are alright to be mentioned outside of the group, but please respect the feelings of others when you make them. If it's something that might offend someone, involved in the joke or not, then do not post it. We trust you guys to make that distinction. Posts referencing Voxli will not be removed solely for being Voxli related, but if it offends or otherwise breaks any of our Rules, it will be deleted. We discourage you guys from creating any new threads to discuss Voxli; that can be done inside of the group.

Should any drama (arguing, jokes that make fun of other members, etc) leak into the Spam Zone (or any other section) then members involved will be infracted, banned, or otherwise punished. Keep in mind however that if issues keep cropping up within a short period of time, the staff will not have any option but to remove Voxli entirely. That is our last resort, as we realize that Voxli is important to you guys, but we are well within our rights to make that decision and you guys have to respect that. We hope it will not come to that, however, with the changes that this group will make.
