Moves that affect accuracy are a little divisive (less so than genned Pokémon, at least). The main argument against them is that they reduce battles to a game of luck, and that they make it nigh-impossible for the other person to get a hit in at all if one player just keeps boosting and boosting their evasion/lowering and lowering accuracy.

Should evasion boosting/accuracy lowering be banned or no?

Yeah. tbh I say we just go with smogon's ou rules (which uses evasion clause). they work pretty well, lol.

Yes, yes, yes, and yes. The purpose of a tournament is a "battle of skill". Making a pokemon battle even more luck based is just stupid in my opinion.

You don't need to keep making poll threads for specific questions. That's what the original thread is for, to discuss things. We already came to the consensus that evasion/accuracy moves aren't allowed before the group was even made. This has already been decided on.

I've only done it for the two things that were generating a lot of discussion, because I thought it would be easier to see what everyone thinks this way. Sorry.

No it's cool I'm just saying we don't need to flood the group with topics that have already more or less been decided on.

You kinda do need to make a separate thread to have a poll though. It's a very clear way to see what the populace of the group thinks.

Though you are right about the consensus in this case...
