    Too bad Snape's actor is british(along with every other actor in harry potter to make it more like the books) and I have yet to see square shipping out an overseas actor to do a voice.

    Well, Luxord has a British accent. Although I always imagined Larxene to have Bellatrix Lestranges' voice; it would really suit her.

    I second this. Very strongly.

    Christopher Lee is British and he played Diz. I think it might depend on where the actor lives, how much time he (or she) has and whether he would be willing to do to job or not.

    And Luxord's actor, according to a few sites, is apparently British as well.

    There's a chance, but it's a very small one. Some of the games (particularly sequels) are starting to have voices in them.
