So, I'd really like to find a program that allows me to download/copy/otherwise (legally) acquire websites for offline viewing. The specific site in question is TVTropes, but I'm sure I'll find other uses for it. At any rate, would somebody know/recommend a program in particular?

I don't think there's a program that will let you do that at least not legally cus if I'm not mistaken that's considered pirating and if you get caught you could be in alot of trouble.

i'm not exactly sure why you need to do this. but i do know that you can view any websites that's stored in your history (in other words web pages you viewed recently). you open up your browser, and then go to "File" and then click "Work Offline". then you navigate to the page you want to view offline.

but to be honest, i only found it useful on one occasion when a site i was trying to visit was offline for some reason and i used that feature to view it as it was the last time i was there.

anyways, i'm not exactly sure what you're trying to do, so i'm not sure this helps, but i hope it does.

Seems to work fine. I'll mess with this for a bit, thanks. Question answered.
