Chain of Memories Vexen and Larxene English cutscene

Vexen was better than I expected and Marluxia was fine, just a little too... Robotic.
And Larxene... I F***ING HATE HER VOICE!! I HATE IT HATE IT HAAAATE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like Marluxia's tone, and I agree that Vexen's better than I expected.. I thought he'd be just smartish but he has that crazy scientist voice, and in a good way for him. So it all sounds good, then you hear Larxene, and she's sounds totally out of place! >:[

 

I think Tara Strong would be better for her, I dunno...

she's not supposed to be all that great.

 

She would've been awesome, but I think she already voiced Rikku in KH2...

Funny thing, e_b adores Larxene's Japanese VA...

I actually sorta liked her, though. She wasn't the best possible, but she wasn't dreadful. Marluxia (Marooshia) had a great voice, but I sorta would've liked to have heard some more passion in it. Vexen... Wow, I'm impressed. He sounded better than I ever imagined. Axel was Axel. His pronunciation was a bit different, and he spoke a bit slower. I can't really say is that for better or for worse.

 

Gosh, I was starting to think I was the only one who liked her xD

 

A lot of people are saying bad things about Quinton Flynn's voice acting as Axel and I disagree with it. His voice sounds deeper and not as it did in KHII, but realize, that this game takes place a year or so before KHII and in the GBA version of this game, he was much more evil. There was no Roxas with him, Roxas lightened Axel up in KHII.

I'm at Twilight town right now in Sora's story mode and so far I liked all of their voices, I can't wait to hear the rest. :0)

I love the new VA.They fit the characters very well.I hear youtubers say Axel has took a degrade since KH2.I'm just not seeing how.Can someone explain?

Is not a degrade, exactly. Quinton did do a good job in overall ability. Is that most prefer KH2 Axel voice version compared to the new tone and voice he's given Axel in Re: CoM. Including me.
