Its really good but you might want to think about decreaceing the light just a tad. I cant see what the guy is holding... but other then that its great!

Okay, let´s see, I like the design you tried to do, I kinda like the monotone design of the coloring, but, the text could be better, as the font, I can´t help you on that, since I fail at text :sweatdrop:, and the lights are too strong, try to tone down the lights, and I see that the background itself is more sharpened in some parts than the render. But, for a tag in three months, is good :/.
