Vergil joins in the DmC reboot

I like it, but I just want less swearing in this game and better lines from Dante like in the past.

 

Ugh..., i am still interested in this but those cut scenes seem so over-dramatic... Vergil looks like as if he came right out of MGS.

 

I AM INTERESTED. I never played the original games (though I wanted to), so a reboot is welcomed by me. c: The character designs look nice, I was only ever familiar with Dante's appearance in the past so I can't really speak for Vergil. But idk. It looks fun/nice.

 

I hated this at first, I really did...But I think the new Vergil's finally starting to grow on me. As a replacement for the original Vergil, he's way too different. But as a new character, I think he's really good. Overall...I'm starting to look forward to this reboot.

 

Yes oh god yes, this game just keeps sounding better and better, I don't care what people are complaining about, I think this reboot is a step in all the right directions for DMC.

I'm happy about the overall game so far, but adding Vergil like this is a bit iffy to me, right now. Dante seems like Dante always did, but Vergil seems too off from before. i know this is meant to be a totally new game, but it's gonna be compared to the others in the series anyway.

Happy enough with that, kinda sick of the "looking down" pose our action heroes have nowadays, smile for the camera, you're god damn Dante.

 

Remember everyone, THIS IS A REBOOT.

Honestly, I'm very intrigued. I'll be buying this the day they release used copies.

Gee, no teenager has EVVVER done that. C'mon guys, it fits what they're going for. An angsty teenager who's going to turn into a CUHRAAAAZZZZZZYYYY badass. Walking up to a freakish, badly designed, demon and telling it to "f*ck you!" to its face? Seems pretty crazy.

I've been looking forward to this reboot since they've first announced it. Ninja Theory are great at telling stories and have great animation, it also seems that Capcom are working on the combat as it isn't Ninja Theory's strongest element. So if all goes to plan it should be great.

 

Well this, I think (Don't take it as what's going on, as I've only just gotten back into the loop about his recently) is meant to be a total reset, like the new Spiderman movie. This won't lead on to DMC3, then 1 then 2 then 4 (I think that was the order?) This is a totally stand alone game, so really they've got a lot of movement room. I think the combat is gonna be a bit lighter too, if that makes sense? It'll look cool, but you won't be hitting like a brick shithouse.
