Vector to the Heavens

Cat wanted desperately to scream out her agreement with Luna and punch Xero in the face, but despite her best efforts the darkness still had a hold.

Dammit...

She managed to clench her hand into a fist, but that didn't matter. She needed help if she was going to try and fight this off.

The pain in Xero's body finally subsided and she called off the guardian as well. She couldn't use the darkness right now due to Him. She then noticed that a small crowd of the towns folk have gathered around.
"Xelyk! We need to retreat! We're gathering too much attention!" Xero said.

 

Luna saw Xelyk and bowed slightly, "Good to see you again. Hope we can catch up soon."
She walked over to Cat, "This is gonna hurt real bad Cat, brace yourself." Taking position behind her, she tilted Cat's head over to the side a little and sunk her fangs into her neck, sucking the darkness out.
--It's gonna be a long day...--
As the darkness rushed into her she got a severe headache and almost collapse. But she managed to suck all the uncontrollable darkness out of Cat for the time being.

 

Xelyk gave Xena one last smile "Your right Xero it's time to go". Xelyk said putting his hood up and opining a corridor of darkness. "Goodbye for now" he said to the 3 and went through the Corridor.

 

When Luna came up beside her, Cat turned her head to face her; she just wanted to push her away but before she could even think about it, an agonizing pain began coursing through her body. Everything was throbbing, but her head hurt most of all. She clutched it with both hands, trying to focus on something else, and saw that Luna was in a bit of pain beside her as well. After a second it subsided, and she realized that she was in control again. She saw the crowd begin to form and knew that they had to go. With a flick of the screen, she cast a Stopra spell and motioned for Luna to follow her up to the top of the tower. As she began to run, time frozen all around them, she looked at her and smiled softly.

"Hey, thanks..."

 

Nexus was laying there in his own space dimension with nothing to do. He was then thinking about the time he was recruited. The man that recruited him was alot younger than the man that owns the organization. He noticed that the man that recruited him have the power to travel through space, but what kind of space? Could it be space time? No it can't be............. He can step into any dimension as well.
Then he noticed that he never saw that man again. At first he thought the leader was the man that recruited him. He then tried to remember his name. "Xeha~"

 

Xero went through the dark portal and back into the masion's basement. She held her head low, looking at the ground as she quickly walked away. She then suddenly punched the walls as hard as she could.

"Dammit! Dammit! DAMMIT!!" She shouted with one last punch that finally left a good sized dent in the wall.

 

Luna pushed away from Cat and held her head for a little bit. Her eyes grew dark and ominous but disappeared in moments. The darkness disappeared and she shook her head. Cat cast the stopra and took off, but Luna made quick work of a couple of the guys in the crowd, posing them as if they were fighting, to try to cover up what really went on. She posed a few others in the crowd to cheer and shout. ​

With the people positioned, she took off after Cat, quickly catching up. When Cat turned and smiled at her she smiled back.

"No problem for an old friend."

Fleetfoot took the metal claws and when the females got to the top she patted Cat's back reassuringly. Luna looked down at the spot that the Destati went through and sighed slightly. She wished that they didn't have any quarrels to fight over.​

 

Gexln sighed. "Never get to have any fun these days.." was all he said as he ran through the dark corridor, making sure to close it behind him as he went through.

Kaxar sighed. "Oh sure, nobody even pays attention to the light girl" she mumbled bitterly. She, too, headed for the top of the clock tower, not eager to fall behind just yet.

 

Xero pulled her hood over her head and sat down on the floor burrying her face in her knees.

""Xeha~" He can't remember the name of the man that recruited him. Nexus had the feeling that this man that recruited him is still alive. Nexus stood up, determined that there is still hope for the organization. His quest to look for this man begins. He opened his portal and exited his dimension. Before he begins, he must search for the ex. Members.

 

Gexln walked over and sat down next to Xero. "Bit agitated there?" he asked, unable to think of anything else to say.

 

"Very." Xero braught her head back up and looekd up at Gexln. "It's Him, the one who gave me the power to use the darkness I have. I can only use so much of the darkness at once, but then he starts to try and take over." Xero said as she tried not to sound frustraited. "And because he was the one who gave me the power of darkness, I became a host to him in return."

 

"Ah" Gexln responded, unsure of exactly what to say. He thought for a brief moment. "You became his host, so he wants control....what's stopping you from just, i dunno, kicking him out?" Gexln questioned, his brain attempting to find an answer.

 

"I can't." Xero simply said, "He's apart of me now... or rather, apart of my non existent self." She sighed, "Besides, even if I do try and 'kick him out' he'll only come back." She stood up and crossed her arms, "Xehanort. He's not one to mess around with."

 

Gexln laughed. "Oh come on is that fear? We can't feel fear, so what's the harm in trying to kick him out? Kick him out, and then you keep him out, it's not that hard" he said, laughing again.

 

Xero gave Gexln a frustrated sigh and shook her head, "It's not that simple!"

 

Gexln was, at this stage, confused. "How is it not? Everything can be beaten, just gotta figure out the way of beating it!" he exclaimed.
