Van Helsing

"I don't either of you have anything to worry about..." Edward began. "He doesn't know a thing about me yet."

 

Jinx looked at him, confused for a second and then her expression cleared and she laugehd again. "Oh, but he does. Van Helsing asked me something about becoming a vampire right in front of him." she glanced at Van Helsing and then back at Hannah and Edward. "But he didn't seem too upset... i hope that wasn't just shock though."

 

"That's true," Van Helsing replied. "That was not really how I intended to tell him, but I figure it doesn't matter now. As for you, Edward," he said, turning to the werewolf. "I don't know what to say... it's up to you.. or at least, it's up to the cycle of the moon!"

 

Hannah stayed quiet. I don't think I want to leave. Sure I'll have to deal with Elijah, but he's better than John.

 

"Don't worry about them," Edward muttered to Hannah. "I will tell him eventually," he said louder, turning to Van Helsing. "When it's... convienient for me."

 

"Don't do anything stupid," Van Helsing muttered.

 

"Poor Carl." Jinx mused, smiling, "He has to put up with all us monsters. Maybe Beatrice and him will be friends so their not so alone." she grinned and lay back on the hay stack she was sitting on. "So, what are we going to do all day?"

 

"Why do you want to do anything?" Hannah asked Jinx. "I don't know if you noticed, but walking around in cloaks with hoods up attracts a bit of attention."

BIC: Jinx sat up, crossing her legs, "Hannah, you have zero imagination. We don't have to look like we're walking arond in cloaks. watch." she pulled her cloak up over her so her skin was completly covered, then she threw a glamor overherself and appeared to be a human girl in normal clothes."But, if you guys don't want to go anywhere, then... I guess I'll see you back here later, I am not going to miss one of the few days we're all going to have where no one has to get killed or fought." she smiled.

BIC: "Lovely," Van Helsing spoke. "That is a means to get around, no doubt, but something to do is still in the question."

He turned to Edward. I know you can hear my thoughts, he began. Now tell me something because I can hear yours occasionally as well. Yes, it's a passing gift for me, but you seem to have it constantly. Why do you lead on Hannah as you do, when you that the two of you will never work out? Do not be angry; it's a fair question.

 

Edward was slightly taken aback, but responded nonetheless: I am sorry that you think the two of us so weak minded. I think we are both strong enough and smart enough to be able to tell if things will 'work out.' But I appreciate your concern. Now, watch yourself with Jinx. She, if no one, is not a woman to be toyed with.

 

Hannah flopped down on her side on the hay. "She has too much energy for her own good." She murmured about Jinx. "She seems to never get tired."

 

"Wouldn't you like to ask Jinx to do that... glamour thing for you?" Van Helsing began. "It would be useful if you want to go anywhere today."

 

OOC: where is little angelyn? and all those random ppl that joined... whatever! i will bite the next time i see her!

 

"No." Hannah replied. "I'm fine staying in the shadows."

 

Edward sighed. "It's good idea, Hannah, like he said, though," he said in her ear. "I'm sure Elijah's not the only one with his views in this city, you know."
