Will smiled. As will I. "Yes, and we'll get to see his sad attempts once again. I feel bad for him, actully, I thought he'd be better at this sort of thing."

"Your welcome." Jinx replied, staring ahead. "But really, you should go to sleep. You thought you weren't tired before, and look what happened." she siged, "Just go down with Carl or something, we'll wake you when we get there..." she suggested.

 

John hung back to get a closer look at the other horse and rider he'd heard. Seems this group has stalkers.

Hannah sighed. "I know. I worry about you though."

 

Jake let his stallion plod along at his own pace, knowing the vampires would have to leave the group eventually. He felt no need for rush or over-analyzation.

OOC: 'who are you calling fat?'

 

"I'll be fine," Edward assured her. "Each moon as been the same for me since I was six, but ever since I met you, they've been different. It's not a bad thing, " he added quickly. "It's just harder for me to know what to expect."

 

"If you insist, dear," Van Helsing sighed, and jumped easily over to the carriage Carl was all alone in.

"Enough room for me?" he asked, opening the door and climbing inside. "I've been instructed to sleep."

 

"They're in love," Lestat shrugged pointedly at Will. "That's something John doesn't know how to counteract and probably never will. He can't handle the werewolf when he'll be fully angry and transformed, I can assure you that. But I can."

 

"I'm making it harder for you?" Hannah felt badly even though Edward had told her it wasn't a bad thing.

John smirked at the thoughts of the rider. Does he honestly think he can take on three vampires at once? Not to mention if he tries to hurt Hannah, he'll end up dead.

 

Jinx shook her head, smiling slightly. Finally, that man has got to remember he's not a vampire.

Carl laughed, "So, you're finally doing what she says. Is that because you nearly killed yourself, Edward, and Hannah?"

"Yes, his over confidence comes in handy." Will smiled wickedly, "And I am counting on his obsession for the girl to make him forget about the werewolf until it is too late."

 

"No, no," Edward insisted. "Not like that... it's just different. I don't feel as secure or controlled... I've never wanted to hurt anyone before when I'm like that. But this last month I did. I'll be fine. I don't want you to feel bad."

 

"Um," Van Helsing began, sitting on the bench opposite Carl. "No. I just figured I can get on her better side if I listen. I'm fine."

 

Lestat cocked his head to the side slightly. "Oh really?" he began curiously. "Are you siding with the werewolf?"

 

Hannah hung her head. "Sorry...." Her stomach growled and she quickly clapped her hands over it, flushing from embarrassment.

 

"No." Will shrugged, "Sides are quite pointless in the long run. But the werewolf will be quite helpful, simply because he wants the same that I want. That doesn't make us allies, that makes a coincence."

"As if you weren't already." Carl grinned at Van Helsing.

 

Van Helsing returned the smile. "Not good enough, it seems," he responded. "She still yells at me too much."

 

"Oh, hush," Edward laughed, wrapping an arm around her again. "You needn't be sorry or embarrassed at all. There are worse vampires out there that I can feel sorry for."

 

"And what common interest is that?" Lestat asked. "A girl?"

Petty exersions, he laughed in his head.

 

"Something tells me that's just the way she is. have you noticed you're the only one she yells at so frequently? Maybe it's her way of showing something..." Carl laughed again.

"No, we both want John's non-existance." Will smiled cheerfully at Lestat. "His reason is the girl, frankly I don't care about Ms.Hannah."

 

"But I am making it harder on you." Hannah insisted.

 

"Thank you, Carl," Van Helsing smirked. "Next time I have trouble with a woman, particularly a lovely vampire, I shall let you know of the situation and maybe you can solve all the problems."

 

"Do I have to make you be quiet again?" Edward grinned. "It won't be hard."
