Van Helsing (Cont.)

"Just a suggestion," Van Helsing muttered, and then shut his mouth, listening to the sounds in the forest, trying to hear something that would lead them in the right direction.

 

Hannah tried to get up when Beatrice left.

John put his hand on Hannah's shoulder. "Don't move," He hissed and then looked back at Edward. "So what will you do?"

Hannah bit her lip against a cry of pain, contorting the sound.

 

Michael silently pointed the right way for Van Helsing.

 

"You think I'll tell you?" Edward scoffed. "Just talking to you is a waste of my time, so you deserve no explanation from anyone. I don't have to kill you now, because she can't finish what she has to, but I can hurt you enough." He pulled out Van Helsing's gun, only three bullets left in it now. "Leave her or I'll shatter your kneecaps so badly it will take days for you to heal them."

 

Lestat grinned when he heard Edward's words, and then froze, hearing Van Helsing and Michael walking past him. Feeling useless, little one? he sent at Beatrice.

 

"Thanks," Van Helsing sighed, and then slowed even further, putting his gun away and pulling out his bow. "I can hear them," he whispered, nodding his head forward.

 

"Be careful where you aim," Michael joked quietly and then let his eyes fade to full black and his fangs grow. His skin hardened, turning a silver-grey-blue.

 

OOC: i love doing hw and RPing at the same time! XD

BIC: John tightened his grip on Hannah's shoulder, locking eyes with Edward to see his reaction at Hannah's scream. "Do it. You'll be causing her more pain though."

Yes... Beatrice answered, gently running her fingers along the back of her head, trying to find the gash that had already healed.

 

Van Helsing tensed slightly, but nodded anyway, his eyes narrowed in front of him. "John," he whispered. "The one Edward will be yelling at now, no doubt, is who we want to incapacitate. Do not kill him or Hannah will die as well. Understand?"

 

"Crystal clear," Michael responded, his voice rough but smooth at the same time. "I won't bite then."

 

OOC: yay! *parties* and my new siggy is smexy, too! :D

Edward hesitated, swearing under his breath. His hands loosened on the gun slightly, unsure what to do. Lestat, is Bee with you? he asked instead of acting.

 

Not yet, Lestat whispered at Edward. You will help, little one, he continued to Beatrice. Are you wandering or looking for me like Edward suggested?

 

"Good," Van Helsing said, and then nodded his head again. "They're just around those trees, yes?"

 

Beatrice realized she was standing still, distracted by her woundless head. Just... standing, She answered after a moment, finally dropping her hands from her head.

John smirked. "Good choice. Now just walk away."

 

"I'd give you an exact measurement, but I assume you don't need one." Michael answered, his hair falling in his face as he inclinded his head towards the small group.

 

Lestat smiled to himself and melted into the nearest shadow, drifting toward Beatrice. I'm close by, he whispered to her. Can you tell?

 

"Come on, then," Van Helsing said, walking around the trees, stepping out, his bow raised, just behind Edward.

 

Edward jumped when he heard Van Helsing and Michael behind him and turned, his fists tightening again. "Don't kill him," he hissed at the hunter.

 

OOC; woah... some freak in mah history book ish named 'john locke'... like LOST! O.o

BIC: Beatrice nodded. "Yeah," She breathed. "I actually can."

John took a small step backward when he saw Michael, keeping his hand on Hannah's shoulder. A lycan?! When? How?

Hannah raised her head enough to see Van Helsing and Michael. She dropped her head, humiliation mixing with her pain.

 

Michael focused on John's scent, waiting for him to speak so he could memorize his voice. I'll have to be careful, their scents are mixing.
