Van Helsing (Cont.)

"Get... away, both of you," Van Helsing snapped, pushing on Dracula's leg but unable to move it. "Please, this is... my fight."

"You're doing a splendid job, Gabriel," Dracula chuckled, and then looked to Edward. "I've never been afraid, dear boy... not once. What makes you think I should fear you?"

"You see my friend over there?" Edward replied swiftly, jerking his head back at Hannah. "She has that syringe you were guarding so carefully in your castle inside her pocket. Let me guess... just one bite and you're finished, right? I never thought my teeth would be so useful."

Dracula smiled. "What is it you want, then?" he asked quietly, watching Jinx out of the corner of his eye. He put one hand into the air and bent his wrist in a "come here" fashion, and, suddenly, brides started appearing from every corner of the towne centre they stood in. Soon they were surrounded.

Edward glanced quickly to each side. "Get off him and back away," he commanded smoothly, indicating Van Helsing. "Call off your b.itches and hold still so I can sink my teeth in."

Hikari stepped forward when she heard the calling the other brides did, but something stopped her: an arm around her throat.

"I should rip your head off right now," D muttered monotonously in Hikari's ear. "But that good vampire girl seems to think there's something redeemable in you. Tell me if she's wrong."

Hikari sputtered and didn't fight; she could see the hunter's giant sword out of the corner of her eye, raised with his other hand and pointed at her throat.

"I..." she began slowly. "I don't know, but... but my master won't die... he's too powerful."

God rolled his eyes and pulled a bottle of rum out of his pocket and dumped it into his tea. "Yummy," he giggled. "Oh, and Carlpoo," he added. "Choke all you want, you won't die... again!"

 

Jinx listened to Edward and Dracula but kept her eyes locked on Van Helsing. "Why... are you so interested in Van Helsing?" she asked, quietly, trying to put all the peices together from Edward's revalation. she was having the sinking feeling the more she put together

Carl cleared his throat. "yes well I just didn't know that sort of thing was allowed here."

"What sort of thing?" Mary asked, batting her eyes like an angel.

"That sort of thing!" Carl pointed at her as if it explain everything.

 

"I'm afraid it's not that easy," Dracula replied to Edward, ignoring Jinx. "You see, these girls will do whatever I want, and right now all they know is that you post the biggest threat here."

Edward rolled his eyes. "And I know why," he snarled. "Don't make me destroy you right now."

"If you make a move at me, I'll snap your hunter's neck," Dracula stated, as if it were obvious. "It won't be as messy as your other friend, but it'll do the job well enough."

"Do it, then," Edward replied. "I don't care."

Van Helsing grunted under the pressure on his neck. Drop it, Edward, he snapped into the werewolf's head. This is my fight.

You can't kill him without my venom, you idiot, Edward rebutted swiftly. Now let me get you up and I'll finish him, without your lousy help.

"Edward!" Hannah cried, and stepped forward. "Don't!"

Edward ignored her and kept his eyes on Dracula, as if daring him to do it.

"He's lying," D muttered, not loosening his grip on Hikari. "I don't understand why."

"What I don't understand is what you're doing here when your main threat is over there," Hikari choked out, reaching up to grab D's forearm and dug in her nails, trying to make him let go. His blood ran under her fingernails and down her palms, and her mouth watered.

D nodded, not caring about the pain in his arm. "You know that man out there... your master, as you call him. He's my father."

Hikari let go of the hunter's arm, her jaw dropping in shock. "Father?" she stuttered. "I don't... understand..."

"You wouldn't," D said shortly. "It happened hundreds of years ago. Now... if you really are eager for me to change targets, that's always possible."

"Okay, we'll clear this up right now," God sighed, downing his tea and sitting next to Carl, smacking him on the back. "We ALL know that Mary banged Saint Peter to get into here, and that's pretty freaking awesome. You're just jealous."

 

Michael, who is now being written again, went to Hannah and whispered to her, "Be careful. One vampire alone may not be able to kill us, but too much venom from different vampires and we're done for. Don't let them bite you."

"That would have been nice to know a hell of a lot earlier," Hannah lowly growled back. She looked to each of the surrounding brides, meeting some of their cold eyes. She put her hand in her jacket pocket and curled her fingers around the syringe.

OOC: ...... e.o .... God scares me...

 

Jinx growled deep in her throat at Edward's dare. She knew better than to speak up but she geared herself to move at the first twitch of Dracula's towards Van Helsing again. Risk your own damned skin before his! she silently yelled, not meaning for the werewolf to really listen.

Carl pouted. "Well it's not fair! you people messed up the movie's plot so i never got any..." he explained.

Mary patted the friar's shoulder in pity. "here, have a crumpet while my master crushes that hunter. Maybe it'll take your mind off your pants."

 

OOC: lol god is awesome!! i cant believe you didnt know thats how he talks! gasp... im going to hell for this, huh? XD

BIC: "Let it go," Van Helsing continued. "All of you, just go."

Edward sent a mental stab of energy into the hunter's mind, causing him enough pain to shut him up.

"Last chance to let him go and call off the girls," he said; he was already drawing all his mental and physical strength together, preparing for what he knew he had to do.

Dracula shook his head, pushing down on Van Helsing's fourth ring finger and snapping it in half.

"You're choking me," Hikari sputtered.

"Just rip her ugly, ****ty little ****ing face off, D-"

D clamped his hand tight on his sword and threw Hikari out of his grip, making her lose her balance and land face-first in the mud.

He aimed his sword over his head like a javelin and aimed it at the back of Dracula's spine.

"Edward!" he shouted, and gave the werewolf just enough time to turn before he launched his weapon. The sword hit home in the middle of the vampire's torso, piercing all the way through, skewering him.

Dracula let out a shriek, staring at the silver sword's point jutting from his chest.

"Ha, look at the little, ugly vampire trash scream like a dirty *****!"

"Out of line!" D snapped. "Move, Edward!"

Edward snapped out of shock and jumped to, pushing Dracula off of Van Helsing and yanking the hunter to his feet.

He pulled him against his own chest (YAOI ZOMG) and whispered in his ear: "Your neck should be the best place...this might hurt, Gabriel, but I think we'll both enjoy the end results."

Edward focused his energy in his mind, letting his werewolf venom in his body drift up to his head, his mouth, his gums, his tongue, and his teeth. The front canines pointed and elongated, sticking out over his bottom lip like a dog.

He bit softly into Van Helsing's neck, piercing the skin there as gently and quickly as possible. He let the blood fall out of the sides of his mouth, gagging a little when some slid down his throat. He trailed his tongue once over the wound before pulling away, letting the hunter stand on his own.

Van Helsing staggered back, stunned, a hand on his neck. "Edward," he snarled. "What the **** was that for?"

"You said this was your fight!" Edward answered quickly, wiping his mouth and spitting in the dirt. He glanced at Dracula behind Van Helsing, who was beginning to stand and pull D's sword from his chest.

"Now it is your fight and you've got werewolf venom in your veins to defeat him; the only way it can be done!"

Van Helsing nodded and mouthed "thank you" at Edward before turning around to Dracula. "Not so easy now, you b.astard."

Dracula choked and yanked the rest of the sword out of his body, tossing it aside. Without saying a word, he put up and finger, flicked it once, and all the brides rushed forward, shrieking with delight.

Hikari ran forward, almost against her will; she could feel the other hunter's presence behind her, but ignored it; he didn't seem to want to hurt her for some reason.

She looked around and saw the girl the werewolf had been standing with; the one Mary was supposed to finish, and, by the looks of it, she epic phailed.

Hikari let out a harsh battle cry and launched herself toward Hannah and Michael.

"Prepare to die, traitor!" she shouted.

D ran forward in the confusion and grabbed his sword. He swung it at two brides nearest him, cleanly removing both their heads.

"Oh em gee!" God squeaked like a little girl. "Carl died a VIRGIN! Sucks for you, man!"

Then he glanced down off the cloud and looked at the new occurences. "Holy ****ing ****, man! That was unexpected! And this post is gigantic! Oops... there goes our wall... again..."

 

Jinx stared at the transformed Van Helsing. "You better find a way to turn him back when this is over!" she yelled at Edward before launching off to tackle brides. The first one she spotted was Hikari, whom she swiftly tackled to the ground. "You again? I guess you don't want help?" she growled, holding her down.

Carl cried. "I know it sucks! and would you look at that post? it was huge! now even my writer is jealous."

 

OOC: haha i cannot believe how big that is... and how often i hear that! ok here we go again XD

BIC: Van Helsing staggered slightly, an odd feeling rushing through his body. He cocked his head to the side, staring at Dracula. He threw his pack of weapons and belt of firearms to the ground.

"The son of the devil," he growled in a low voice, staring at the vampire in front of him from under his eyebrows. "You're going to wish you'd never been born."

He launched himself at Dracula, clawing at his throat.

Dracula hissed and caught Van Helsing, actually having to use strength and put strain on his muscles to hold the hunter back.

"You're now the ugly monster you hunt, Gabriel," he said. "How does it feel to be an ugly, useless beast?"

"I'm strong enough to kill you now," Van Helsing rebutted.

"That's what the syringe is for!" Edward barked at Jinx, throwing the closest bride off him. He glanced over at D, who wasn't far from him.

"I was wrong to not trust you, my friend," he shouted over to him. "Thank you."

D nodded; he'd already said more out loud today than he usually did in a month.

"You can't help me," Hikari snarled, shoving at Jinx. "I can't fight him; my master controls me... and that b.itch killed my friend!" She motioned toward Hannah. "I want to rip her head off!"

"Heehee," God giggled. "I guess our writer's are just awesome like that."

Suddenly Britney Spears' "Circus" started playing out of nowhere, and God pulled out his cell phone.

"Ugh! What does he want right now?" he grumbled, and answered the phone. "Hello, Lucifer... yes... yeah, I know, he's getting into trouble. No, don't even start that! You messed around with that one girl and you've got a son... yeah, I know mine's hotter than yours, but, still... just watch and see what happens to Miss Dracula... I mean, Mister!... Hello? Hello?"

God hung up and shrugged. "Oh well!"

 

"We all do sometimes, you get over it and make friends with her." Jinx threw Hikari back down, not entirely happy with Edward's plan still. "No one controls you, don't give into submissive thoughts like that!" she pointed back at Dracula. "See him? Gabriel is going to kill him and then what will you do? Die? Fight? What?" she was trying to make hikari push back or do anything aside from listen to what her master made her do.

Carl looked at the phone. "Eh.. Circus? I would have choosen "Bringing Sexy back." but that just me"

Mary fell over laughing and almost fell through some clouds.

 

Van Helsing threw Dracula away from him and fell on all fours, beginning to transform into a ten-foot-tall, black beast. He let out a vicious, low-pitched howl and launched himself at the vampire again.

Dracula transformed just in time to catch Van Helsing before he collided with him. Taking two hand fulls of rough, thick fur, he hurled the werewolf away from him and into the nearest home, crushing its front wall to pieces.


"How can I be friends with one who's betrayed her own kind? Like what me and my master do is wrong; it's the way it's supposed to be! And, trust me, it's better than the life some of us had before!" Hikari shouted, trying to get past Jinx and toward Hannah.

Edward ran up behind Hikari and tapped her on the shoulder. The second she turned around, he punched her square in the jaw, sending her spinning on the spot and down into the mud.

"You'd best watch what you say about her," he growled.

"Don'tcha wish your girlfriend was HAWWWWT like me? Don'tcha wish your girlfriend was a FREEEEEEEEEEAK like me? DONTCHA?" God began to freak dance in the middle of his cloud.

 

Jinx roughly shouldered Edward off Hikari and towards some other brides to fight. "Edward, I suggest you let me handle this girl..." she growled at him. Then she looked at HIkari. "Is that what you truely believe? That murdering is the way it's supposed to be? That killing anyone for the taste of blood is right?" she held Hikari up alittle. "Look around and think about something... would you kill a little girl for her blood?" she had a feeling the image of a child would affect the woman the best. Why does it even matter? i should kill her, not try and help her. I don't care about the rest of them.

Carl and Mary both gagged. "NASTY!"

 

Van Helsing shook his head, and glanced at his wolf-like body for a moment; all his broken ribs and fingers had healed back into place, and his body seemed pumped full of adrenheline ten times more powerful than he ever felt before.

Is this what Edward feels every time he changes? he thought. No, this must be just the effects of the first time, the way it is before it's permanent...

"Gabriel!" Dracula shrieked, much more violently than ever before. "Come back here if you're still alive!"

Hikari shoved Jinx's rationale out of her mind. "I'll take what I need to survive, just like I always have! You wouldn't understand that! None of you traitors would!"

Beatrice, get off your nice little ass and do something, Lestat sighed. You're boring me.

God took Carl aside and whispered: "We gotta find a way to ditch vampire chick over there. I mean, really; I can't have someone like her in here. If word of it gets down to Lucifer, he's gonna think I'm a wimpy guy! Let's shove her out and see what happens!"

 

"Let her come over here, Jinx," Hannah called, tossing the syringe to Michael. "I'll kill her too. But if she's smart, and wants to live, she'll run from here. Once Dracula is dead, anything he's bitten will return to normal." While she spoke, she looked straight at Hikari, taunting her with her eyes.

Michael rolled his eyes at Hannah. "I hope you can match those words with actions." Suddenly, he spun and threw a bride that had come at him while his back was turned into a building. "Don't you know it's rude to attack from behind?" He chastized.

A piercing shriek made Hannah turn around just in time to see another bride lunging at her. But before she could react, the bride's head was torn clean off. Hannah's mouth hung open for a moment. "B-Bee?"

"I got tired of waiting," Beatrice replied sullenly. "I'm not sitting by any more."

"Thanks," Hannah breathed, a smile now on her face. "Just one thing though, that one," She pointed to Hikari. "is mine."

 

Jinx shook her head at Hikari's statement. "Have no idea huh? Imagine never again tasting human blood and trying to survive in a world that wants you dead by. you. self. I think i understand-" she stopped her movement to pull Hikari away again at Hannah's request. "I think you'd better make your choice now about you're life." she growled, throwing her off towards the lycan. "Like me she can kill you. unlike me, she will at this moment." she didn't wait to see the newborn's decision and leapt off to attack brides.

Carl glanced back at Mary, who was sipping tea and chatting with Mary. "You're the boss. On three?"

 

Van Helsing growled.

Dracula growled back.

Edward looked at Beatrice, surprised for a moment, and then knocked the nearest bride away from him. "This isn't going to last too long," he said sideways to Hannah. "There's too many of them. I'll be back, alright?"

He crouched to the ground and transformed into a tinier, browner version of Van Helsing's werewolf and lept off into the nearest incoming group of vampire women.

Hikari staggered when Jinx let of her. "Whoever your master may be," she hissed at Hannah, "his blood in your is no match for my master's in me. I could destroy you before your stupid friends could even blink!"

"Yay!" God shouted in approval, and he and Carl ran forward to shove Mary off her cloud with her tea cup. "Haha, bi.tches! You saw that ****! Yeah!"

 

Jinx tackled a woman and she slammed bodily into the ground, splattering her face under her. Jinx used her back as pivot point and leapt off, crushing her spine, to attack others (haha... depressing movies are bad for my writing)

Carl happy danced with God but then looked around. "So now what? this place is boring now."

Mary fell down out of the clouds. She passed breifly past Hikari and accidedly pulled her hair with ghost fingers. then she fell into hell. "Woah, it's hot in here!" she saw the devil and siddled up to him. "hey hot stuff."

 

OOC: :glomp: that's cause youre awesome, angelyn! :D

BIC: Van Helsing gathered his strength and leaped out of the building at Dracula. He briefly scanned around him at the hundreds of brides that were swarming their way.

They can't handle all this on their own for a long time, he thought. I have to hurry this up... or at least get the two of us away from here.

He turned and ran down the nearest alley, letting out a fierce howl and trampling several brides as he went.

Dracula roared in frustration and went after Van Helsing.

God loled and then whistled. A giant dance floor, disco ball, dj, and party people suddenly appeared.

"Now we DANCE!"

Lucifer looked down at Mary, surprised. "Where the hell did you come from? Oh! I made a funny!"

BIC: Jinx saw Van helsing run down the alley after she caused two brides to sink their claws into each other. kill him already! she silently cheered.

Carl did the robot. 'hells yeah!'

Mary pointed upward. "i just got kicked out. and i was so well behaved too!"

 

Van Helsing ran as far as he could to the outskirts of town. The forest just beyond looked far enough away from everyone to keep them from getting hurt.

Dracula snarled as he followed. Running... that's very noble, Gabriel... I see your motives, but they won't do any good; once you're dead I'll make sure all your friends follow too.

"Not talking, huh?" Hikari snapped at Hannah and suddenly launched herself at the vampire. "Die, then!"

She collided with her and they rolled in the dirt, Hikari using her knees and elbows to slow them down despite the cuts and scrapes from rocks and gravel under them. She made sure came out on top and pinned Hannah's arms to the ground.

Hikari laughed. "I'm sorry, but you're not as strong as you look." She cut her off as Hannah opened her mouth to retort. "Don't argue... and, just for the record, why the hell do you care about that stupid werewolf? It's ridiculous! I'll show you how worthless you are!"

She saw the syringe in Hannah's pocket and ran her right fist into it, shattering the contents into millions of pieces, the liquid spreading out and soaking into the dirt.

God looked at everyone else in Heaven watching them. "I order you to get down and boogie!"

Lucifer chuckled. "Well," he began honestly, "you're a s.lutty, vampire-murderer s.lut of a woman... you don't really belong there, Miss Big Boobies."

 

Jinx heard the glass shatter and felt her heart drop. "He's stuck like that?" she demanded of Edward, punching a bride in the stomach. "Was that the only way to cure him?"

Mary tested her boobs in her hands. "They aren't that big... and i'm not a s.lut! I'm just... kind of... well men are stupid. Look at that Saint who let me in? Moron." she laughed. "But I guess that's what down here is for."
