"Hello there." Will drawled, leaning on a wall near the vampire. "Are you enjoying your intruders?"

 

"Oh, I wouldn't be jealous, silly," Van Helsing commented. "I'd rather enjoy something like that."

Background: A man that does not have much of a past or any friends or family, he has been infamous for his hunting of vampires, demons, and mutants. Despised by human hunters for his skill and hated by vampires for hunting those related to him, no one knows who his vampire-father is. He wanders the land with no connections, looking for bounties that can earn him a large amount of money and fame. BIC: "Aw, poor little fantasy. I has died before it ever happened. No offense Miss Anna, but you're not my type, dietary or otherwise." Jinx said, elbowing VAn Helsing in the back.

 

Van Helsing shrugged back away from her punch. "So what the hell are we going to do with this syringe? I don't understand it at all."

Do you hear something? Edward sent to Hannah. I thought I heard voice...

"Go on, then," Lestat said, breaking away from Beatrice. "Give them hell for me, ok?"

 

I think I heard it too. Hannah replied.

Beatrice smiled to Lestat before running into Dracula's castle.

"Who are you?" Dracula asked will.

OOC: epic i tell you. epic.

 

"I'm just a fellow vampire. Everyone seems so interested in you I thought it was only right to see what all the commotion is about." Will answered with a smirk. "Also I thought you should know your castle is being infilitrated at the moment and I hope there is nothing of value in a little syringe?"

"I don't know. Maybe it'll work as a bargining tool?" Jinx suggested, looking down at the item in question.

 

"True," Van Helsing agreed. "Whatever the hell is it for."

Up there, Edward thought, jerking his head up at the balcony above the staircase they were on. Another level of stairs, maybe... two voices... they aren't our friends, either.

Lestat smiled and shook his head, watching Beatrice go. "God, that girl is just... the woman-version of Louis but with more balls." He threw back his head and laughed. "Now to find somewhere to watch the show..."

D rode his horse slowly toward the bridge of Dracula's castle, barely glancing above the brim of his long, black hat. His pale grey skin shone in the moonlight, his black eyes scanning from side to side. The only sound in the air the metallic sound of the horses' hooves.

"This looks like the place! What a trash-heap! What kind of ****-faced scum of a vampire lives here? I can't believe how stupid you are, D, coming here. You dress bad enough anyw-"

D balled his right hand into a fist, muffling the voice that taunted him. "Enough," he said, his deep, strong voice enough to fill the silence. "Let's just get inside."

OOC: Ok heres the best part!

BIC: Louis all of a sudden ran into Dracula castle and past Van Helsing, Jinx, and Anna, crying and screaming as loud as he could. He covered his face with his hands, tears leaking everywhere as he weeped as if he were dying.

"Life is pain, I tell you!" he screamed at the three when he saw them. "I want to DIE!"

Then Louis ran on, away into the darkness.

 

Jinx stared after the vampire. "What the hell was that?" she asked after a shocked silence. Then, without another word she started to follow him, curiousity getting the better of her.

 

Dracula didn't reply to Will. He took the air and flew back to his castle.

YAYZ!

Beatrice's bravado faded as she entered the darkness of Dracula's castle. She never did like the dark, or being alone for that matter.

Lame.

I can tell. They don't smell good. Hannah replied, heading up the stairs.

Phail...

 

"Don't worry about it," Van Helsing said, and grabbed Jinx to make her stay with him. "This is a weird place."

Dracula changed his mind and went back to Will. "One of those in the castle is your child, no?" he demanded quickly.

I suggest we wait here, then, until they come to us... just to be safe, Edward cautioned.

D dismounted his horse when he reached the gate, his black cape billowing out behind him like giant black wings, the dark purple underside shining in the moonlight. He stood still and listened for a little while, his eyes shifting once more. He growled under his breath, sensing the presence of others inside the castle.

"Competition," he muttered, the word a small, sleek sound that glided away on the evening breeze.

 

Jinx ignored him but stayed put. "That was the weirdest... I mean he was a vampire... but he can't be that old. What was the prat doing crying about life?" she mumbled to herself, already annoyed with the man she didn't even know.

Will nodded slowly. "Yes, she's very close to your friend, the hunter." he replied. "But that being besides the point. I'm curious about you. Possibly we would be good allies."

 

Hannah frowned but stopped where she was. Alright.

woohoo! wasn't that the biggest post you've ever seen?!

 

Van Helsing smiled. "I guess we just need to accept that weird things happen here... he's probably insane, something wrong with his mind, you know?"

Who do you think it is? Edward asked.

"Perhaps," Dracula murmured. "We seem to have similar goals, no? If you help me kill the hunter and his friends, I'll make sure that your child never leaves your side for the rest of eternity."

D entered the castle slowly, letting the heels of his boots echo through the halls. They are close...

 

Jinx shrugged. "probably but... ah never mind. I already don't like him all of a sudden."

Will tapped his chin with his index finger thoughtfully. "That's a pleasing idea." he agreed. A slight frown pulled at his lips. I shouldn't want that so much. I never keep my young around this long, much less want them around forever. he thought, picturing when he'd first left Jinx to die alittle over a century ago. But then he shook it off and thought of the pleasure of killing the others. "This should be interesting."

 

Beatrice pressed to the wall, the shadows hiding her. She'd heard foot steps, and they didn't sound like any she'd heard before.

It's hard to tell. C'mon, let me get closer. Hannah urged.

 

"Very good decision," Van Helsing agreed. "Here sounds good."

Edward growled. I don't like it, he snapped. We don't know our surroundings, it's dark, and we don't know if there are just two. It's unsafe!

Dracula sighed. "A deal, then?" he began. "We can seal in blood, if you wish." He bit two small holes in his wrist, offering the bloody wound toward Will. "I hear them below, and I'd much like some assistance ripping them apart."

D reached up and grabbed the two-hand hilt of his sword, the curved, silver blade letting out smallest, singing sound. Typical... they are so close... three levels above us.

 

Suddenly Jinx froze. "Someone else is here." she whispered, unable to figure the scent out. It was metalic, dead, and alive.

Will grinned, biting his own wrist in the same way and taking Dracula's hand to seal it. "Deal. Now let's go hunting."

 

Beatrice gazed at the man from the shadows. She was mainly admiring his sword. It's amazing. The blade is so thin, but it looks powerful. She wasn't even worrying about who he was or how he got there.

Hannah rolled her eyes. I can see just fine. And besides, She pointed to her chest with her thumb. I'm practically indestrucable now.

 

"Who?" Van Helsing asked. "I can't tell."

You head up the stairs, then, and I'll cover you down here, Edward finally gave in.

Dracula nodded. He jumped up into the air and hovered in the shadows against the rafters, surveying the floor below.

D stopped in his tracks, his sword only half out of its sheath still. He could see two figures in front of him, but neither seemed to be very threatening.

 

"I don't know... it's sort of... sort of like a human and a vampire in one scent. and there's something else that's like an animal but almost like a machine." Jinx was again mostly talking to herself. (OMG i just had deja vu!)


Will jumped down with him but landed on a beam instead of flying.
