Van Helsing (Cont.)

"Isn't that the way all women work?" Van Helsing muttered, taking out his gun and unspinning the revolver to reload it.

 

"No," Edward insisted, looking after Hannah, though he knew it best to leave her alone for now. "That's not even close to how all girls function... you obviously don't have much experience."

 

OOC: uh......

 

"Lovely sweeping stereotype." Jinx commented, walking around the room as if she couldn't stand still.

 

"Sorry," Van Helsing muttered, his attention on his weapon. "It's just... I don't understand what was going through her head, you know?"

Dracula caught his balance, happy he'd gotten a rise out of Beatrice. "Good," he commented. "Try to escape... I'll be very impressed if you can."

 

OOC: heehee!!!

Edward sighed, not wanting to think about it. "She wasn't thinking," he snapped wearily, grinding his teeth together. "We all know that."

 

"She probably doesn't understand her thoughts rigth now either," Jinx tried to reason, seeing Edward getting upset, "So she just needs some time to figure things out by herself."

OOC: they need hermione to explain hannah and her emotions, teehee

 

Hannah walked over the horses at a pace close to a humans. She stopped next to Sorin, staring at the ground. "Sorry... I don't think she's coming back..."

Beatrice clenched her fists. "I'm not fighting you."

 

OOC: that makes TOTAL sense!! *picks up the phone to hogwarts* hello? yeah, miss granger, pleeease!!

BIC: "She's not by herself," Edward grunted again, slowly flexing the muscles in his arms. He tore off what was left of his shirt and threw it on the floor, holding his healed limbs out before him in the candle light. "She's got that monster influencing her... who knows what he'll do.

 

"Don't you all get it?" Van Helsing said, ignoring Edward's emotion. "He won't send her home. He never planned to."

"Then you agree to stay?" Dracula scoffed. "I'm glad you've chosen the right decision."

 

OOC: WHAT? we're talking about Bee? since when? XD... haha, oops

BIC: "Of course he won't. Even if he did, it's not as if that would do a damn thing for Bee. Her family would probably burn her at a stake." Jinx muttered, pacing.

"She's lucky to have a family," Edward whispered. "Even if they wouldn't prefer her the way she is."

Lestat, he found himself thinking angrily. How could you let her do this? It's all your fault.

 

"No," Beatrice said for the umpteenth time. "I'm not staying, but I'm not leaving by fighting."

 

Van Helsing nodded slightly to Edward's statement, putting his gun away.

"What do you suggest, then, my dear?" Dracula asked patiently. ​

 

Beatrice finally looked at Dracula, and said in a bitter-sweet tone, "Step aside."

 

"You're mine now, little Bee," Dracula pointed out clearly. "You do realize that, yes?"​
