Van Helsing (Cont.)

Van Helsing sighed, turning to Edward. Go already! he snapped. Hannah wants you too, so go!

 

Just be careful, Edward said to Hannah, moving back toward the window again. I will back be soon, I promise.

Edward turned to the window and looked down to see Aleera and Jinx on the bridge. He threw back his head and howled before jumping down onto the bridge.

I'm here to help, he sent to Jinx, growling at Aleera. What do you need?

 

Jinx's gaze snapped on Edward as he howled. What are you doing here?! They need you for Dracula! she snapped at him, ignoring his question. I can handle her myself.

 

Hannah rubbed her neck. "Was I... dead?"

"For a few minutes," Anna answered. "Your friar is quite talented."

"Thanks Carl," Hannah smiled.

Anna backed away a bit, thinking of how to take on both a werewolf and vampire at the same time.

 

Edward kept his eyes on Aleera, his teeth bared.

Everyone needs us back up there for Dracula, and you're taking too long to kill this b.itch of a monster, Edward snapped at Jinx. I've already ripped off one of her arms; what are you planning to do?

 

I'm sorry, love, but you really do need my help, Lestat insisted, and shut his eyes. He envisioned himself next to Beatrice, standing right behind her, not an inch from the back of her head... and a moment later there he stood, just up the stairwell a bit.

He wrapped an arm around her waist, smelling the hair along her neck. He grinned at everyone in front of her over her head.

"Told you you missed me," he chuckled in her ear.

 

Whatever it takes to take her apart. You guys don't need me right this moment. Jinx watched Aleera, calculating. Fine, whatever, be stubborn and waste time. You guys should have at least sent down Micheal or something so you could kill Dracula already... while she was thinking, Jinx cast two glamours. One to make herself invisible to the senses and the other to make it look like she hadn't moved while she walked behind Aleera, her body tensing to move as fast as she could and take the woman apart. Mind keeping her distarcted?

Carl stood up quickly, seeing Lestat. "Where did you come from?" he asked, giving him a scruitinizing look.

 

Edward silently agreed with Jinx, turning all his attention to Aleera.

I thought Dracula's brides were supposed to be strong, he taunted, trying to make his mental voice as harsh and painful as possible. And here you are nearly beaten by a puppy and a baby vampire... how sad.

 

Lestat gave Carl a cold stare. "I'm just here to check on this one," he crooned softly, running his fingers along Beatrice's hair and waist. "She's a little... nervous... shaking..."

 

OOC: well this won't be as goery as your killings but oh well. ^^

BIC:Jinx took a silent, deep breath, and then pulled the blade across Aleera's throat with as much force as she could put in, leaving a clean decapitation. She then moved without letting herself tihnk about it, cutting off her arms andn legs. As Aleera fell, Jinx jumped back, looking alittle sick as the blood and venom ran over the ground. "Okay, you wanted to hellp, so can you burn her?" she asked, looking at Edward as her glamours dropped.

"Let her go then." Carl snapped, feeling bad for Bee while Lestat held her.

 

Edward growled and ran to the side of the castle to grab a torch on the side of it with his teeth. He brouht it over to the peices of Aleera's body and dropped it into the middle of them, setting them on fire. The smoke and smell that filled the air burned his eyes and lungs.

There, he sighed to Jinx. Anything else we need down here? They are waiting.

OOC: that was cute... :D especially since i already ripped off one of her arms and you pulled them both off all over again! haha...

 

OOC: psh, she's a vampire, maybe they grew back XD. eeeh, this why i'm not a writer haha ^^

BIC: Jinx waved a hand infront of her face so she could breathe, "Why are they waiting...?" she asked, aggrivated, not really talking to Edward. "Let's just go." she crouched down under the window and jumped up, landing on the window sill. "Oh, that's why." she answered her own question, looking at Lestat as she moved aside so Edward could join them.

 

"I told you that I wanted to handle it myself," Beatrice protested to Lestat, locking her knees to stop herself from shaking.

"We don't need your help, Lestat," Hannah sighed. "We've got this under control."

Anna held her gun straight out, ready to fire once the new vampire was away from Beatrice.

 

OOC: *gasp* you are so rude to the Brat Prince... im bite all of you!!!

 

"Are you here to help or hinder us?" Jinx asked Lestat, "Either way, please let Bee go." she added, at Beatrice's expression.

 

Edward growled when he saw Lestat. If she doesn't want you, let her be, he sent to the vampire.

 

"Is that what you want, little Bee?" Lestat inquired in Beatrice's ear quietly. "It's up to you..."

 

"No," Beatrice answered, getting closer to Lestat. "I know I want to prove myself, but I know I can't do it alone. Please... stay."

So that's what this has been about? Hannah clenched her fists. "You idiot."

"What?" Beatrice looked back at Hannah.

"You think that you're alone? You've got all of here who care about you, and you run to him?!" Hannah glared at Beatrice. "Why didn't you tell any of us how scared you were?"

 

"That's a good girl," Lestat smiled, moving Beatrice's hair to kiss her neck. He sighed on her skin, amazed at how good she smelled. "Now... on to a better question than Hannah has: are you thirsty?"

 

Hannah, let Bee handle this, Edward said, giving Hannah a look. She knows what she's doing.
