"Yes," Edward agreed, kissing the top of head and sighing. "I think we'll both feel better once we rest."

 

"No," Van Helsing answered Beatrice, tensing slightly when he saw the dried blood on her clothes. He lowered his eyes to the floor. "Nothing important."

 

"Ooh!" Lestat exlcaimed happily. "Jealousy, my friend! I can hear it in your voice!"

 

Anna turned to look at Beatrice, her eyes narrowing when she saw the blood.

"It's fine," Michael also answered Beatrice.

"Maybe I should go," Beatrice said after glancing at Anna and quickly looking away from her icy stare.

"Feeling better would be nice," Hannah let herself relax and closed her eyes.

 

Jinx smiled at Beatrice. "There you are, good hunt?" she asked easily, stepping infront of Anna so she blocked her from Bee's veiw.

Carl looked over Bee as she came in. "Welcome back."

Will laughed coldly, "Possibly, but more aggrivation." he replied.

 

Van Helsing stepped back slightly, staying silent and trying not to get near Beatrice. He wanted to apologize, but couldn't speak in front of Anna.

 

"Well, then," Lestat began now. "Here's the big question: what are you going to do about it?"

 

Beatrice lowered her head. "I-I'm not sure I should talk about that here."

Anna quickly pulled out her gun. "I knew it was true."

Michael calmly reached out and grabbed the gun from Anna's hand. "You really shouldn't be so harsh. Tell me, Anna, what do you know of lycans?"

 

This is going to be pretty, Van Helsing thought, his hand straying toward his own gun.

 

"They don't exist," Anna responded to Michael.

Michael twirled Anna's gun on his index finger. "Some do say that. But then, those some haven't met Hannah or myself. Got any books on lycans?"

Anna grit her teeth. "What do you mean?"

"Well," Michael sighed. "Would you rather me, or Van Helsing explain it to you?"

 

"I really don't want to do any explaining in that department," Van Helsing interjected quickly, ignoring the eye-roll he got from Jinx.

 

Jinx stood protectively next to Beatrice as Micheal talked to Anna. She wished Bee had just flat out lied and said she'd killed a bear or something.

Will rubbed his neck in thought. "Whatever comes to mind as I go." he answered, absently.

 

OOC:*cough*lookatname*cough* :D

BIC: "Lycans are hybrids of a vampire and a werewolf," Michael started to explain. "I only know of two ways to become one. The ways I did, bit by a werewolf and a vampire, and the way Hannah did, being a vampire and then ingesting the blood of a werewolf. You call lycans mythical, but you've got two in your house. And one of them is more dangerous than the other: Hannah. She's young and she got too many different kinds of blood going through her. At best, she won't be able to function for a few days."

Anna was speechless, thinking over what Michael had just told her and what Van Helsing had told her earlier.

Beatrice folded her arms. And Hannah's got an attitude too.

 

OOC: *cough*freaked out when i saw it ealier *cough* XD awesome dudet!

BIC: Jinx couldn't hold back a smile at Anna's expression. How ironic that someone who hunts Dracula threw lycans off as myths. she mused to herself.

 

OOC: *huggles* I'm such a freak! XD

 

"Well, then," Van Helsing sighed after a moment. "When do we go through that mirror?"

OOC: i heart candy.

 

"It's up to you," Anna told Van Helsing. "Do you want to wait for your group, or go with what you have now?"

 

"I'm ready," Van Helsing said with a small smile. "I'd rather go in there without so much question."

 

"What a silly answer!" Lestat chuckled. "That tells me two things: one, you just don't want to share your ideas with me, or... you don't have any clue what to do and can't plan anything without the stupid 'acting on impluse as you go' theory!"

 

Edward snored.
