Van Helsing (Cont.)

"Couldn't she occupy herself with a corps a little longer?" Hannah complained.

Michael looked away from Beatrice at Anna's knocking on the door. "If you're looking for a rematch, Edward, I suggest we take it outside." He sighed and shook his head. How angry can he be at me?

Beatrice turned her head away from Carl. "No..." She protested weakly. "It hurts... Don't touch it..."

 

"Okay, I'll try my best." Jinx answered, already heading back to the room quickly. She saw Anna already outside the room. oh come on! she breathed out, irratably. "so did you find who it was?" she asked, suddenly, diverting Anna from the door.

Carl ignored the knocking. "I know it does, but that's why we need to take them out, so it will stop hurting. You need to drink some of this to help numb you up, alright?"

 

Van Helsing left his room and walked as quickly as he could down the hall toward Beatrice's room. He stopped short when he saw Anna and Jinx a little ways from him and backed up around the corner.

S.hit, he thought angrily to himself, and then an idea came to him. He pulled his gun from his holster and cracked open the bullet cell to reload six brass casings as quickly as he could. Jamming the peice back together, he cocked back the hammer once and fired the gun straight into the floor. The loud explosion echoed around the room and down the hall and he grinned to himself, sitting in the nearest chair and pulling out his gun's cleaning cloth.

Come see where the noise came from, girls, he thought happily.

 

Edward was about to reply to Hannah when Van Helsing's gunshot echoed down the hall to them.

"What the hell was that?" he snapped, turning his head in the direction of the noise. "It came from the north end of the caste." He grabbed Hannah's hand and led her toward the source, resisting the urge to pull out Van Helsing's gun as well.

 

OOC: holy crap, hannah! vanny-poo is evil!! O.o

BIC: Michael resisted the urge to go see where the shot had come from. "Beatrice, you've got to cooperate if you want the pain to stop."

Beatrice shook her head.

"Why are we going towards the gunshot?" Hannah asked.

Anna was about to just go in the room, but at the sound of the gunshot, she was forced to edit her list of priorities. "Of course I did." She snapped at Jinx and then headed down the hall.

 

Van Helsing laughed quietly to himself when he heard the footsteps coming toward him and tried his best to put an innocent look on his face.

"I want to know what happened," Edward explained. "Someone might be hurt and-"

But he stopped short when they reached Van Helsing, the hammer of his gun still smoking slightly. Edward's eyes fell to the hole in the nicely carpeted floor before he glared up at the hunter, gripping Hannah's hand as tightly as he could.

"What the hell are you doing?" he growled through the silence.

BIC:Jinx's head snapped around to look towards the noise. What the hell is he doing this time?! she sighed and followed Anna.

Carl sighed, "Bee, please. I promise you'll feel much better after this and when we're done it won't hurt anymore." he was pretty sure the gun shot outside had been Van Helsing but didn't even turn to look at the door, frankly not caring at the moment.

 

OOC: haha that was fun!

"Nothing concerning you, Edward," Van Helsing replied slowly, looking away from the werewolf. "Although the ladies behind you two are of much more interest to me right now."

 

OOC: poor floor! what did it ever do to him? XD

BIC: Jinx glanced at Anna to see her reaction to the hole in the floor. Then she looked at Van Helsing, giving him a confused look. He... shot the floor? what is he mental?!

 

OOC: now we must wait for angelina to get out of school... sigh... and marvel and lestat's sexy 2000-and-2100-ness... YAY!!!

 

OOC: *drums fingers on keyboard... looks at time* stupid time, why is it going at a normal pace? it should skip ahead because we say so. lol

BIC: Hannah rolled her eyes. "I think he's finally gone insane." She muttered to Edward.

"What did you do?" Anna glared at Van Helsing. "If you're going to kill each other, don't do it in here."

Beatrice opened her eyes and looked between Michael and Carl. "Now?"

"Yes," Michale tried not to laugh.
