I've been waiting for this day where I could have the epic Yoda vs Darth Vader fight. Thank you.

 

Same here, although, I'm not sure my dad will let me, it's his PS3 and his money.

 

They didn't see this coming? theres a freaking space left on the character grid, but Xbox is getting a treat then since everyone I know says Yoda is a terrible character to use his only advantage is his defence via his height XD

 

I don't see how thats famous since Yoda and Vader never fought >.>
But yeah, this would have been nice when I still played this game.

 

Eh, making us pay for content which was already in the game to begin which is fail. But it's good to see it's coming.

 

Great for 360 owners, meh for PS3 owners. From what I've heard Yoda is one of the unbalanced characters since the dragon thing in Tekken 3.

I don't think anybody but fanboys will be angry to hear this. This is pretty great news, it just makes me wonder if they might release other characters through DLC. that would be pretty cool, I think.

 

I chuckle at this.

The entire point of having different characters for each console was to help provide incentive for someone to buy a particular console over the other. Now this just looks like they gave in to their own marketing ploy and made it so you could get the best of both worlds. Naturally if anyone were to inquire now about what made them do such a thing, they'd come up with some reason that suggests it was a decision they wanted to implement since the beginning.

Was there a stalement of popularity between Yoda and Vader?

I ramble. Too bad I never plan to buy this.
