is it possible to get the Ultima before the scene with Sora & Roxas fighting?

 

No because a piece of Orichalcum+ is in Twtnw and also you can only get Twilight Crystals there

 

Nope.

One of the Ori+ you need for Ultima can only be gotten in an area that is only accessible after that cutscene.

Roxas & Sora fight scene takes place in TWTNW. XD

But yeah, a specific place in TWTNW that lies beyond where Sora fights Roxas.

You can if you are using Ar Max (Cheat device)

 

Ar max is the only way to do stuff like that.

 

yea get a cheat device ( in my opinion DON'T GET ARMAX!!! )

 

And also, you get another Orichalcum+ after the Goddess of Fate cup, which is unlocked after the first fight with Xemnas.

 

You can't get Ultima before Roxas unless you hack since one of the Orichalcum+ is in the area with the Save spot.
