Okay, so I know that when her cauldron is red, Sora has to use Blizzara, and when it's red, he has to use Fira.

However, sometimes the stun effect stuns right away, and sometimes it takes a while for that to happen.

Is there some trick to this?

I always though you'll have to use Fire when it is red, Blizzard when it is blue and thunder when it is yeallow? I think I'm confusing Ursula with Phantom...
But I still think you have to use Fire to red and Blizzard to blue, maybe thunder don't have anything to do with Ursula.

EDIT: I might be wrong. Sorry... =/

No, you're right. It's all the same. I think Amaury just had a typo.

What you are trying to do is overload the cauldron. The game will keep track of how many times you've properly hit the cauldron and keep track of it. This carries over from one to the next, which may explain it happening "instantly"

Just keep in mind for fire and blizzard that you need to be higher than the cauldron, if you hit the side it doesn't count.

I hated that first battle. My MP always ran out and I needed to get it up.

But yeah, you need to hit red with Fire, blue with Blizzard, and yellow with Thunder.

I thought you were supposed to use the opposite elements?

Nope, match it. Same as the colored shells through Atlantica. That was the game's way of nudging you in the right direction.

nope. After all, there is no element opposite of thunder. You strike it with the same color element. Think of the little minigame in KHII, when you're going after Jafar.

Well, then, I've had it backwards all this time.

    Lock, please.
