United Worlds - The Light Heroes

"An air-whaaaaaa?" Xane said as he saw the airship."That thing's amazing!"

 

"Tell me about it." Jared said as he looked at the book. A picture of that airship was visible. "It seems we have to meet those people on the ship."

 

"Do...do you think they have the bluprints for that thing?" Xane asked.

 

"There's a chance." Jared said as he put the book in his bag. "Ready?"

 

Xane nodded.

 

Jared ran into the plaza and they ran past a group of Viera...

 

Xane drooled at the female Viera as they walked by.

 

Jared sighed. He then ran down the steps towards where the airship landed.

 

Xane ran towards the ship.

 

Jared then saw a group of 6 people walk out of the ship. One of them was a Viera. A man wearing ragged clothes walked upto Jared and Xane. "Who are you?" He asked with a rough voice.

 

"Viera......" Xane said.

 

"We're the Light Heroes." Jared explained. "According to this book we've got to see you." He showed them the book. One of the people, who was wearing slightly odd clothing, looked at the book and then looked away.

 

"What's wrong?" Xane asked.

 

The man who looked at the book looked at Xane. "I've learned never to trust an object too much. It seems that you're relying on this book too much." He told them. A woman wearing noble clothes then stepped out. "These people do not look like they are from here." She said.

Jared looked at them. "So, are you going to help?"

 

"Yeah...." Xane said.

 

A teenager than pushed his way through the crowd. "You look like warriors don't you?" Jared nodded. "Maybe you can help us." He suggested.

 

"Yeah I'm a warrior." Xane said cockily.

 

"We'll help." Jared said. "Just tell us the details."

A younger girl stood next to the teenage boy. "Well, we're fighting to stop someone named Vayne Solidor." She explianed.

 

"Meheheh! What kinda name is that?" Xane asked.

 

Jared nudged Xane. "Don't forget, we're in another world." He whispered to him. "And you want us to defeat him?" Jared asked. "Yea, that's right." The girl said. "I'm Penelo, this is Vaan." She said gesturing the male teen. "And this is Basch, Ashe, Balthier and Fran." She told them, pointing to the man in the ragged clothes, the woman in the noble clothes, the man who warned them about the book and the Viera respectively.
