Uninstalling programs

    Well I'm not sure how to do so. If I just delete them, they always pop up anyways. So I want to know how to completely uninstall these programs because my brother won't stop install things on my second laptop. I plan to lock it now but I want to get rid of these programs in case they are harmful.

    Help anyone?

    I assume it's windows 7/Vista/XP.

    Start Menu - Control Panel - Uninstall a Program.

    It's actually different on Windows XP and Windows 7, so that's why I'm asking.
