Undefined Ending: Earths last days

Furtim stepped away from Rain's body, then he heard Kaia over the radio. Pulling it out of his pocket, "He's dead," he said.

 

Seth returned back to normal vision. "Really wish I didn't see that happen," he said, referring to Rain's death.

 

Furtim walked back over to Rain's body, into the radio: "I'm going to get rid of the body," he said.

Furtim then teleported himself and Rain's body into the light realm.

 

Kaia nodded, "Okay, er, thanks." She smiled weakly at Seth before sighing and looking at Trent, "It appears Rain's dead then"

 

Furtim dropped Rain's body on the floor of the light realm, it began to smoke. "That's what you get for haveing a dark soul, Rain." Furtim said, as the body crumbled to ashes.

Furtim teleported back to the regular world, then he lightspeeded to the group.

 

Kaia looked up and smiled as Furtim returned, "Have a nice time?"

 

Furtim sighed, "We have one less military leader, and yet I don't know if I should contenue to do this job," he said saddly.

 

"Ah, okay then" She shook her head and looked down.

 

Furtim sat down on a rock, and then sighed again, "it is so strange, impossible to describe, when ever I am on a mission, killing a military offical, or sneaking up behind someone to deliver a slash to the neck. I mean it is one thing to kill someone when you're in a battle, but assasination feels like murder," he said.

 

Trent sat in silence and thought too himself."How'd Rain die?"he asked curiously.

 

Kaia looked up at him, "Fair point but you're only doing what you have to and the world's a better place without them. It proves you're human and not some cold hearted murderer or monster who kill without feeling anything"

 

Furtim sighed, "Thanks Kaia," he said.
Furtim turned to Trent, "he took a pill, I think that's what killed him, but I shot his head and disintigrated the body just to make shure," he said.

 

Kaia nodded and smiled slightly, "No problem"

 

Furtim grinned, "I can't belive that only a few years ago I was just some college kid ready to get his degree in physics, and now look at me, the lead assasin in the Re:volt!" he said, "part of me wonders why I moved so fast through the ranks."

 

"Maybe because you're good at what you do" Kaia suggested "And I know what you mean, in a way it's scary"

 

Furtim laughed a little, then resumed his stoic posture, "I just keep hearing the stories of all the war vetrans that went crazy and killed a bunch of people because they thought they were still in the war, I just don't want to end up like that," he said.

 

Kaia nodded, "Yeah, I see your point though I really doubt you will"

 

Trent thought too himself."You're right you did murder him.
"he said calmly.

Furtim sighed, "I know, but it was my mission to neutralize Military threats, Rain happened to be a huge threat, he knew where we were, and was headed to a military base, and our small force wouldn't have been able to take out an entire regiment of powered troops," he said.

 

Trent giggled a bit."True but if I know the military,and I usually do,we need to watch out for the 'Seven Heads'."he said looking at Furtim looking at him smiling.
