Help Unable to subscribe to threads

Recently whenever I try to subscribe to threads I've been finding I can't as half of the drop down menu on 'thread tools' is hidden behind the main thread.

I use IE and a few things on the forum layout don't work/are in the wrong place but this is the only one that's stopping me from doing anything. Is it possible to fix this or any other way to subscribe to threads?

There is an option to subscribe to a thread while posting if you scroll down.

I have it set in my options as "Instant, using email" by default.

 

Thing is I don't really want to subscribe to every thread I post in. I only subscribe to rps, my threads and threads I want to keep track of in the spamzone like LP2P. If I subscribe to every thread I post in it would make 'my settings' very cluttered and hard to find the threads I really want to keep track of.

 

I just tested it in IE and it's working fine for me. What version are you using?

 

I'm not certain, either 7 or 8, I don't think it's the most recent.

-EDIT- I've just updated it to 9, which I think is the latest version and I've still got the same problem
