Ultimate Best Anime Poll!

Tough choice. DB & DBZ was the first Anime that I watched, and I loved it, so technically I should've chosen that. But.. It's been such a long time since I watched it, so I had to choose my current #1 favourite, Bleach =D I don't know what it is.. it's just so addictive! I've watched it for years and I just rank it higher than other shows I like, like Naruto. I've actually gotten bored of Naruto now, but I could never with Bleach. The fact that it has great characters in it helps, too. My fav's are Ichigo (of course), Hitsugaya, Urahara and Yoruichi :3

 

Fullmetal is the best in my opinion. Perfect mix of comedy and pure action, not only that, awesome storyline but miss an episode and ur sorta lost hehe.

Bleach is great too, Ive seen a few episodes and I like it alot.

 

Okay, to clear up some stuff, I kinda screwed up when putting in the anime.

1: First of all, when I put D Grayman I was thinking of Death Note. Sorry, I screwed up. *Readies self for hate mail*

2: I know I forgot some great anime, some that I love too, but they just slipped my mind 'cause I haven't seen them in a while (like Cowboy Bebob, Outlaw Star, Tenchi series, Rurouni Kenshin, DNAngel, Hellsing, Fullmetal Panic, etc.).

3: Some of you are saying Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh, but ask yourselves, are they really good shows? Let me answer that for you, no. Pokemon was made out of a game with very little plot (it's true), so the show has little story to go off of. And Yu-gi-oh, the manga was good, but then it just changed to sell the cards, and the anime skipped all the good shadow games from the the manga (like when Yugi played airhockey, except the board was a grill and the puck was a peice of ice with explosives frozen in).

4: I can only have a maximum of 15 choices, and if there wasn't a maximum, you'd be overwellmed by choices.

5: I can't change the choices.

 

Yay, my first post on this forum! It's also my first necro! :P You forgot Cowboy Bebop. I still would've voted for Eureka Seven anyway, though.

In this list Fullmetal Alchemist (one of the best shounens ever), but there were better manga, and other styles of manga better than the ones in the pool: Berserk, Jojo, 20th Century Boy, Death Note , etc

 

This poll is kind of terrible, no offense (it is from 2007 after all). I voted for other because the majority of these anime are within the same genre, entry level and ... Well this poll is just really bad. There are so many different anime out there, you can't put them all on a poll--this entire post is void, this is a thread from '07, lol. ​

 

I'd probably have to vote other as well (SC has my love forever though <33333). There are many great anime out there, such as Steins;Gate, Bacanno!, DRRR! and so on. It's a bit like books, music and movies: there's stuff towards the top you enjoy, but you've gotta dig around a little deeper to find things you really think are memorable.

Why is the poll filled with the worst anime to exist? Like seriously, there are no quality anime.

I would say Mushi-shi is my personal favorite though.

 

Best from the list provided: Fullmetal Alchemist. Good story, good characters, and great animation.

Best in my opinion: Death Note. Great story, a very smart show, nearly flawless (I hate Near and Mello for ruining this near perfect show).

Favorite anime: Romeo x Juliet. I love th characters, a good story, and it just draws me in.

this^ it's all up to opinion. for instance, i thought angel beats was one of the greatest anime ive ever seen and others think it's the worst. on top of that i cant stand neon genesis evangelion. i can understand having trauma but geez the main character is just not interesting at all. none of the characters really are. i feel like people just go crazy over it because the creator read a psychology book and stuff multiple cross images in it. not really that great to me.
