Kingdom Hearts II Uhh.. Selecting audio track for Theatre Mode

Right, so I went and just beat the game to unlock Theatre Mode for Final Mix, and well... I have absolutely no clue how you're supposed to change the audio track to Japanese (I wanted to listen to the new scenes voiced).

Does anyone know how to do this? I remember something about toggling L2/R2, but there's no selection whatsoever in the menus or lists to do that, and I tried doing it during the cutscenes as well.

Am I missing something here? <.<

EDIT: I watched a video of someone doing it, but it seemed there should be a red menu on the top right once you enter Theatre Mode which allows you toggle back and forth. I *don't* have this on mine... what am I missing? D:

 

Um... regarding to what AkujinD said, to access the Jap version, you just have to hit R2 in Theater Mode. But AkujinD not sure whether you also need data from
Re:COM too?

The menu seems to be there from the very beginning when AkujinD accesses Theatre Mode. Such a thing isn't on my screen when I enter mine.

I have beaten Re:CoM, both Sora and Riku Story, and the saves are on the same memory card.. =\ I don't know what else I need to do.

 

You do need data from Re:COM
what you've done is all what you need to unlock the Jap version

Got it to work now. After I beat Riku's Rebirth Story, I didn't save it afterward so it didn't count as 'completed'.

Thanks for making me think twice about whether or not I completed Re:CoM or not. XD
