Some of you must have really thin and bony elbows!!!! They are either right on or really close.

 

No, we just use the very tip of our elbow to gently hit the proper key.

We also take about 10 seconds trying to postition it correctly so we don't hit incorrect keys~​

That must be it. I just went and typed away with maybe a couple or three seconds between hits on the keys. I'm too lazy to put much into it I guess.
