Same here, it's still just a shock to the system even though I knew Bella and Edward were gonna get married in the end anyway. Oh man I'l be thriving of fanfics till I find another book series, haha which I doubt I will find for a while =D. YES He IS a Drug. Better than Edward type of drug tehehehe.

I Wish Alice was in the book more that upset me a bit, even though she had her reasons, Jasper wasnt even mentioned alot!. But I was waiting for the arm wrestle with Emmett that wasnt a too bad part of the book.

 

Omg, I so agree. I hate how everyone hates Jacob and just LOVES Edward. I will admit...Edward is one of those "perfect boys" out there, but I still like Jacob better for some reason. Maybe because he wasn't really...."taken." And he reminds me of Sora in a way. XP

Ohmifriggin'gawd, I know. She was my favorite Cullen. She was just so awesome. That part where Edward was facing the Volturi near the end or whatever and he called out to Alice, that just sent chills up my spine. I had to do a double take! Plus a few more. =P

The arm wrestle with Emmet was awesome. He was straining and Bella didn't budge. Haha. It was great. One of the funny parts in the book, like Jacob/Rosalie slamming. Now THAT was entertainment. I loved the blonde jokes Jake said to her. It was funny.

 

I have no idea why people hate Jacob SOOOO much, like the other day i was outside in the morning(it was very cold) and we were arguing about BD, she loves Edward and I just dont understand why people love him so much. :O maybe thats why I love Jacob so much Cuz I love Sora <3.

Alice is my fav Cullen too, Jacob made the book alot better though,apart from the imprinting part of it and the part that Jacob didnt end up with Bella T_T. I love the part when he throws the Bowl at Rosalie's head I laughed so hard at that part. oh! and the part at the beach where Quil was talking about Claires party and how he had all this makeup on " I looked hot" I just lmao at that.

 

I don't really care too much for Jacob. I prefer Edward. He is just more calm. Not to mention if I read a vampire novel, my favourite character is the Vampire, not the werewolf-that-isn't-really-a-werewolf-instead-he-is-actually-a-shapeshifter.

Not to mention the first chapter of Midnight sun. It won me over.

 

I know, me too. It's just aggravating how they say that Edward is perfect. Everyone has their flaws, which is why Jacob is so relatable and likeable. You can actually relate parts of his side of the story to your own life. With Edward, you have to visualize yourself invading others' minds. No offense, but personally, I'd feel violated if a mind-reading vampire was reading my thoughts all day. Sorry, that's just me.

That part was sooo funny. "You. Got. Food. In. My. Hair." Hahaha. Love it. I don't remember that part with Quil and the makeup. I only remember that part with Quil and Claire at the beach or something when Jake meets up with them. ​

I understand what you're saying about the vampire novel/vampire character thing. But Edward was the one who said that Jake and his friends weren't werewolves but shapeshifters, if I recall correctly. That was more of a compliment to them. Plus, "shapeshifter" kinda fits. They don't just come out at a full moon. They can phase at any time if they want, or if they're angry. But Jake learns to control that, so...yay for Jakey!!

I still need to read Midnight Sun. The first chapter anyway. I went to the website and couldn't find the post anywhere.

 

That is so true!, you can. I'ld hate to have a vampire like Edward reading my mind, its just like..ugh >_>haha. I just really wanna burn Edward..and maybe Renesmee so Jacob and Bella can end up together...but then thats just cruel and wont happen.
Still hate Edward.

lol the other day for book week some girls from different grades , had a concert type of thing.Right, one of the year 10's was like " I think Twilight should be in the Book week list!..*fan girls scream*. so then shes like" This ones for Edward!!" *more girls scream*

I think this book is going to be alot longer than twilight.
lol I cant think why its going to be around the same length as twilight, Edward has sharper sences than Bella does in the first one, so alot more descriptive language, and a bit more story

Try to stay on topic; I know this is very exciting. xDD

I'm on chapter...uh...twelve. If I finish tomorrow, I'll have read the entire series in less than a week. :3

But yeah...this book was amazing even in the first chapter. And I like how there's a continuous time flow between books, as in there's no jump in time, compared to Harry Potter. Makes it easier for those of us that read a huge book in a day. xD

 

Heck yea, Twilight in Edward's point of view ( though it's called Midnight Sun ), it'll be quite interesting.

 

I guess it would be cool to see it from Edward's point of view but hopefully this book won't suck as much as Breaking Dawn did. I'll probably buy it just because it's coming from Edward's point of view.

 

The font wasn't big at all. It was too small for me to read i had to use GLASSES o_O

I like HER, but i just dont like her for the fact she is the reason why Jacob isnt in love with Bella and the reason why Bella became a vampire because she was killing her.

EXACLY!, He isnt Jacob!. Its a very very good reason and he killed Bella to make her into a vampire and got her preganent so Jacob could imprint on her baby.

Anyway. The majority of the book has freaked me out...mostly the blood. And uh...cottage. Yeah. xD

 

I finished the book two days after it came out; I took breaks, which is unusual. XD

I enjoyed it. I think Twilight's the best out of the four, though; Breaking Dawn comes in second. Except... the entire first half of the book felt like fluff to me. Like two plot points happen. And I wanted to kill almost everyone (Jacob was an ass, Bella was whiny, Edward was angsty, and Leah was a *****. XD)... but I overall enjoyed it.

 

...I could've swore I replied to this. ._.

Anyway, I finished the book the day it came out. To tell you the truth, I am regretting that I bought it. It was good and all, but like DP pointed out two posts above me, the cottage scene, was, um, unnecessary; as well as some scenes from Esme's Island.

So, as ratings go for the series, this is last in the ratings, for me at least.

The only thing that I actually liked in the book was how awesome Bella was as a vampire (the arm wrestling scene was priceless) and Renesseme; I just thought she was adorable. I just don't like the fact that Jacob imprinted on her.
