Well, this blows all of your previous tags out of the water, and you rushed this one.
xD
Anyways, the render doesn't fit in the bg, it's to rought and rugged, it would look great in a grunge sig.
Try smoother renders for this kind of style.
The colors match, since red and green are complementary, but lik I have said, the render itself kills it.
The text could use work, maybe construct it of dots using the pencil tool.
The border is also a bit too thick.
But overall, I say you did a good job.

Or, you could try to find a render that better suits the tag, and redo this style.

But aye, I do think the border is too thick. The colors are nice, though.

... I have no real CnC... ;_; I suck at graphics.
